Sheraton Park City

Upon check-in, the registrar could not find my reservation which had already been paid in (what I thought was) full. She had to call some one to help her. I was asked for a credit card for any incidentals. There was a $50.00 charge put on the card immediately. I was told that at the time of check-out that $50 would be credited back if not used. When I received my credit card statement, there was a $33.04 charge on it from the Sheraton. Upon my call to you, I found out that it was a destination fee. I feel strongly about the fact that all fees should be pointed out at the time of the reservation. The city was in the midst of road construction which made the entry and exiting from your facility very confusing and difficult. The on-site parking lot is extremely small. The additional parking access to the hotel was across the street that was one of the streets in the middle of the road construction. Not your fault, I do realize, but not conducive for toting luggage.

This hotel is ok. The room itself was clean and comfortable, however we could hear absolutely everything from our neighboring room through the connecting door. We also could clearly hear people in the hallway. The windows in most rooms are either ground floor or below grade, so there is not a lot of privacy either. Further, the staff were not super helpful nor friendly, especially when checking in and checking out. The pool is all indoor right in the middle of several rooms that open and/or look down on the pool. All things considered, this was a disappointing stay, especially for the extremely high cost.

Hotel is just okay, one plus is rooms are large. What is not good is the loud noise the AC makes and a constant hum coming from one of the walls. Not a very friendly place compared to most other Marriott properties we’ve stayed at. Would not recommend this hotel if you like it quiet for a good nights sleep.

Bed bugs. And the hotel does not apologize. Unbelievable. No refund, no thank you and my body has lots of Stiches. I can not recommend to go there. Horrible experience and not polite no professional behavior from hotel and Marriott Bonbon customer care

Would be nice if they stopped letting the homeless sneak in to take a shower in the pool. Stayed with my family here. Some guy came out from sleeping under the stairs and got straight in the pool. He then proceeded to tell my daughter how he turns ligtbulbs into meth pipes. Security asked him to leave but he was there again the next night. Pass.

I start with the positive. The beds are very comfortable. Other than that here’s a list of things that need much improvement. 1. We paid a fortune for this room. Yet we were given a room with a view to a wall. 2. The shower is bad. 3. Cleaning is horrible. There was no vacuuming and the tub had hairs throughout. They pretty much fix the bed and clean the sinks a bit. 4. Shuttle service is very slow. 5. Breakfast is poor. Service is horrendous. Servers barely speak English . I’d never stay again.

Great bed with lovely linens and pillows. Very nice breakfast (not included). Nice seating area in common area. The shuttle service was very disappointing . They will only drop at 3 specific spots at specific times of day. If you don't have a car, I suggest other accommodations.

We were only in town for one night and the Sheraton was served our needs well. The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations to its exterior. The interior/rooms were clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the complementary shuttle that runs downtown until 10pm. While breakfast was not complementary, there was a cafe on site as well as a Starbucks in the lobby. (Although pricey!)

Loud floor cracking/squeaking noises. Noises were so loud it kept us awake. Friendly staff, but only one small elevator. Good location and shuttle. Parking is across the street. No security. Parking lot was closed so hopefully, it opens for ski season.
