Pro: Great location, very accommodating and helpful staff, quiet night sleep in a cozy room facing inner courtyard. Con: Hardly anything bad. Light sleepers don’t book rooms facing main streets (They have good views and cute windows though). Thank you Hotel Balmoral! xxx

The hotel's location is very nice but the breakfast is so so.

All the staffs were so nice and helpful. The location is close by the station. The room is little bit small.

Just Amazing. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the "Arc du Triumph" and 2 block from the champs elysees...hundreds of restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are normal average size even a bit bigger for paris standards with a very big and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast is superb!.. worth the extra money for the rate including the breakfast. For the service, i cannot speak high enough for the hotel staff, super helpful with absolutely everything and always with a smile on their face. Had a very happy stay all around. Metro lines also a block away. Highly recommended..

A very pleasant stay at Hotel Balmoral. Convenient with train station almost at doorstep to get you anywhere, as well as walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ Élysées. The hotel room and toilet was comfortable, of a good size; not to mention cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Todo bien, pero son habitaciones pequeñas, como es de esperar por estar en el centro de Paris.

1/ 酒店reception 有鬍鬚的男人 態度非常惡劣 🤬🤬 2/ 沒有得到同意 突然進入有人拍卡 進入房間當時我沒有穿衣服 🤬🤬🤬 3/ 第一晚入住的時候 房間的門鎖不能安全鎖 我全晚也提心吊膽吊膽 擔心有人進入 3/ 洗手間沖涼熱水供應不足 4/早餐天天同一款

最初に通された部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、最悪でした。その後のフロントの対応もひどく、ありえなかったです。

位置絕佳的法式酒店，離凱旋門和香街衹有300米左右，出了酒店走幾步左轉就能看到凱旋門的雄姿真是太讚了！離戴高樂星形廣場地鐵站也衹有200米的距離，巴黎幾日全靠地鐵出行非常方便。酒店雖小，但是很有法式情調，房間和餐廳擺設佈置處處體現着法式優雅，餐具美而精緻。早餐種類不算多，但質量不錯，尤其是提供的甜點和馬卡龍特別好吃。
