The local is not bad, have restaurants and things around. The bathroom is small especially the shower, I can’t imagine how a bigger person can take a shower there. By the way, receptionists are helpful and good service.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s not too far from the olympiades metro station and close to the Asian district. There are many good restaurants with reasonable prices. There are also many Asian stores. The room is not too small for Paris, but it has some smell as the hotel might be a little old. Some of the staffs are friendly and they can speak English.

Personnel très accueillant, chambre ok mais il n'y a pas de frigo dans celles-ci, ce qui m'a un peu embarrassé car je suis une jeune maman qui devait tiré mon lait et le garder au frais pour mon bébé lors de ce cours séjour. Cependant, le personnel a accepté sans problème de le mettre dans leur frigo. Sinon emplacement parfait pour aller voir un concert à l'Accor Arena!

Small hotel, comfortable and convenient. It's easy to get there from Gare de Lyon by underground or bus to the end Olympiades exit and a short 5 minute walk to the hotel from this exit. Stayed to attend an event at le Parc des Expositions, for which it was perfectly located at a 20 min walk away.

The Green Hotel 13 is in 13eme arrondissement de Paris. It's easy to get there from Gare de Lyon by M14 underground 🚇 bus to the end Olympiades exit. Literally a 5- 6 minutes walk to the hotel from this exit. This line connects you to so many other lines to get to all the sites that you want to see. For instance M14 to M12 takes you to Jardin du Luxembourg. The staff is polite, helpful and beautifully diverse...which I really appreciated. I felt safe because they're there all night at the front desk. I requested a room with the bathtub. Not sure if it's always available but it doesn't hurt to ask. There is a sauna in the hotel as well which was very nice. The rooms are clean. They start cleaning early...so get out and go see Paris!!! They offer breakfast which smelled nice, but I preferred going out and moving in the morning. There's also a bakery across the street, which is very nice. The 13th is huge and also known as the Asian food District. Great and very inexpensive food... if you want to try something different! I've been craving Asian food 🥢coming from San Francisco but now living in the French countryside. There's also a Lidl grocery store around the corner and the cutest little French bistrot called Le Limousin. The hôtel is very affordable and in a great location. Make a reservation in advance and enjoy your stay.

I had booked this hotel shortly after getting Paris Olympic tickets for 2024. At the time rooms were advertised at the normal £100 a night. When a friend was going to join I looked up the place again for avaliability to see rooms were now £1000 a night.... I had my suspicions that they may cancel based on a couple of previous reviews but most reviews were good so I passed it off. Today I got an email saying they confirm my cancellation request and the booking is cancelled. Thing is I never asked to cancel it! I had even pre-entered my check in info to ensure they wouldn't. They have cancelled themselves and have the cheek to imply I wanted to..... They clearly want to get the higher rate they think they can get but at least be honest and don't pretend someone wanted to cancel when you just want to make a buck. Based on that I wouldn't recommend this hotel as no guarantee they honour your booking

Inadmissible ! Catastrophique ! Chambres pas prêtes lors de notre arrivée à 17h. Des hôtesses à bout de force pour nous trouver une solution. Aucune solutions trouvée…. Aucun effort pour nous trouver une chambre. Un manager qui refuse d échanger. Nous avons attendu une heure avec d autres clients dans la même situation que nous et ça n a cessé de se repérer avec l arrivée de nouveau clients…

Stay far away from this hotel, they cancel bookings to resell them at a time higher price leaving you stranded on arrival. We had a great vacation planned in Paris and booked a room with a Green hotel months in advance and even called to confirm our arrival time and checked in on-line to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we arrived we found that the hotel had canceled our reservation an hour before we were scheduled to arrive and sold the room to some one else at a mark up. Leaving us stranded in Paris and refused to do anything to help. Leaving us to pay 1000 euros extra to not be on the streets. Be warned of this establishment and their scams.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, il est dans un quartier calme avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité, et très proche des moyens de transport. La chambre est petite mais ça ne m'a pas dérangé étant donné que j'étais seule. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Je n'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner car je l'ai trouvé un peu cher. Je voyageais avec un petit budget donc j'ai trouvé le prix du séjour un peu cher mais vu son emplacement je dirais le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Je le recommande

Les gens de l’accueil est formidable, très sympathique et serviable. Pour ce qui est de la chambre il y a pas mal de choses à revoir surtout vu le prix demandé.

Séjour très agréable, très bon hôtel. Accueil très agréable, bonne isolation phonique. À 25min à pieds de l'aréna de Bercy, et le prix reste raisonnable par rapport aux alentours.

Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été une véritable déception. La nuit a été gâchée par la présence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre. En plus des désagréments liés aux piqûres et à l'inconfort, la gestion de la situation par la direction a été inadmissible. Lorsque j'ai signalé le problème à la réception, aucune solution ne m'a été proposée : pas de changement de chambre, pas de désinfection, ni même de geste commercial. J'ai été contraint de passer la nuit dans une chambre infestée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Pour aggraver les choses, aucun dédommagement ou autre solution, malgré ma demande. Cette attitude est incompréhensible et montre un manque total de considération pour le bien-être des clients. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel tant qu'il ne met pas en place des mesures correctives sérieuses concernant l'hygiène et le service client.
