I stayed at Hôtel Nude Paris - Color Vision from February 5-10, expecting a comfortable experience. Instead, I got a “Parisian Ice Bath Retreat” for three days because my room had no hot water. 🥶 • Feb 5: Reported no hot water to the front desk. • Feb 6: Asked again, and they said, “Other guests reported the same issue, but it’s fixed now!” (Spoiler: It wasn’t.) • Feb 7 (morning): The hotel called us and confidently said, “We’ve fixed the issue!” • Feb 7 (night): We got back to the room and checked again… still no hot water. So we called the front desk, and another staff member came up to test it with us. They confirmed: “Yes, there’s still no hot water.” 🤡 The staff even admitted that a refund should be given and said they’d talk to the manager. • Feb 8: Finally moved to another room—meaning the hotel knew the issue was real. But the real Oscar-worthy performance came when we contacted Agoda about a refund. The hotel’s response? 👉 “The guests didn’t know how to use the faucet.” 🎭 Seriously? Your own staff confirmed the issue twice, even moved us to another room, and now you’re pretending everything was fine? If you’re looking for a hotel where customer service is nonexistent and basic amenities are optional, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. 🚫
