Busy good location near the metro but would not return as my room was infested with cockroach’s. Although I was moved to a different room it blighted my stay. I did not expect this for the price I paid.

I just got back from a trip to Pax hotel Rue Simart. The hotel was cheap, only 71 pounds for a two night stay. The room was on the sixth floor with no elevator. It was very warm, the bed was adequate and clean. The bathroom was a bit dirty and needs doing up. The room was small. For the price the hotel was good. The receptionist was very helpful. This is a quick walk to Chateau Rouge line 4 of the metro. No kettle in the room and you need to hand in your key card if leaving the hotel. A gentle walk from the train station to the hotel. The traffic is bad and you need to be careful.
