Wonderful quality for the price, close to metro stations, convenience stores…

巴黎的四星酒店沒少住，作為掛四星的酒店，名不符實。除了洗手液洗澡液一瓶水，其他什麼基本用品也沒有，冰櫃沒有。最離譜的是明明已經用臟了扔在浴池地上的浴巾毛巾竟然不換給我們掛上，（ 看照片，是酒店自己規定的）如果不是發現濕感還不知道呢。不要打着環保口號坑旅客，賓至如家是酒店的基本信條吧。I've stayed at quite a few 4 stars hotels in Paris, and this one doesn't live up to its four-star rating. Besides hand soap, shower gel, and a single bottle of water, there were no basic amenities provided—not even a minibar. The most absurd thing was that our used towels, which we had left on the bathroom floor because they were dirty, were simply hung back up without being replaced. （see the photo which in the both room 'wall,） If I hadn’t noticed they were damp, I wouldn't have realized. Hiding behind environmental slogans shouldn't come at the expense of guests' comfort. Making guests feel at home should be the core principle of any hotel.

위치는 파리 메인이랑은 거리가 있지만 지하철 바로옆, 직원들은 친절하고 영어도 가능해서 소통의 문제는 없었고 조식은 안먹음, 사진은 주변 관광명소

一間無可挑剔的精緻旅館在安全的區離地鐵很近 房間的對外窗搭配新穎的衛浴 好吃的可頌最最重要的是前檯服務的女士人非常好 以及一位韓裔旅館人員很熱心的用中文為我講解早餐

這個酒店位置很方便 但酒店電梯非常細 可能只能站3人 而且走廊的燈光是感應式 所以一般時間 非常暗 可能是為了響應環保吧

地址位置還不錯，地鐵公交都近。酒店房間不大，隔音真的不行

酒店房間非常小，電梯很小，環境比較老舊，而且不提供洗衣服務！差評！

I had a fantastic experience at Kraft Hotel Paris, particularly with their brunch and service. The menu offered delicious dishes, like the delicious eggs Benedict and rich coffee, all beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service from KJ and Raphael. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their attention to detail made the whole experience seamless. It was an unforgettable visit, and I’ll definitely return!

We stayed from 21st to 23rd July 2024. We loved the hotel! Amazing customer service from all of the friendly staff. I cannot fault the staff at Kraft one bit. Service with a smile and go the extra mile. The breakfast was also really good. Looking forward to staying here in the future. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Overall I was impressed - good area, clean rooms and okay breakfast. Would recommend for sight seeing and general pottering around Paris ! Reason I couldn’t give it 5 starts - poor view from room and slightly condescending staff (especially when asking for directions!)

UNSAFE!!! Please do not stay at this hotel. I experienced someone bringing a drink to my room who I believed worked for the hotel. I did not drink it but I was woken up to the same person trying to open my hotel room door which was locked assuming I was asleep. Please do not stay here. The hotel did not help at all. Stay somewhere else for your own safety.
