Quite an old hotel with run down amenities. I kinda liked the decor though. Location is good- beds are not comfortable and pillows are hard. Windows were not sound proof so I could hear what the neighbours were saying! Idk why the mirrors in the toilet is hang so high ( Im 5’3 but I cant see the mirror at all ) haha

We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay. However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.

The staff at the hotel were so nice and they cared us so much. Recommended

Pros: The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk to the metro, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. First, I was surprised to find that the bottled water was not complimentary. The hotel provides only two bottles upon arrival and does not offer extra water after the first day. I wasn’t aware of this policy and asked for additional water at the front desk, but the receptionist didn’t inform me that there would be a charge of €3.80 for each bottle. When I checked out, I was shocked to discover this fee. I expressed my surprise to the receptionist while taking out my card for payment, and he responded quite emotionally, expressing disappointment in my feedback. I felt this was inappropriate. I believe guests have the right to share their experiences without feeling manipulated or judged. Additionally, we had booked a room with a balcony that was supposed to offer a view of the Arc de Triomphe. However, there was construction on a nearby building that completely blocked the view. Lastly, I placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door on the second day of my stay, but my room was still cleaned. Given these experiences, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location. We booked the basic room. It was very clean and no noise at all.

我去年10月預訂凱旋門景觀房，飯店有充分時間告知我：隔壁棟在維修遮蔽了景觀，或是在我入住時就要告知我房間看不到景觀，我可以當下決定是否要不要接受，但完全沒有（收了景觀房費用卻看不到景觀） 入住時給我二樓房間等我入房後又告知我，廁所需要維修要讓他們修10分鐘（我們只有兩個女生，怎麼可能讓他進來維修）我們不願意又讓我們換房間到五樓，他們飯店電梯小到只能兩個人搭，我們自己上上下下3-4趟，整個過程讓人很不舒服，飯店沒有一句道歉。 這個飯店主管態度高傲，還謊稱有mail告知，明顯詐騙客人；Trip平台很願意幫忙有幫我申訴，也願意負責任，希望平台能夠更用心幫我們摘選優良的飯店，像這樣的飯店請大家多多考慮

酒店距離凱旋門很近，裝修法蘭西風格，房間鑰匙也是老式傳統的，出門放前台，工作人員熱情周到。
