Avenir Hotel Montmartre

Do not stay at this hotel. It is not safe. My sister and I had our luggage stolen out of our room, the only room that anything was stolen out of. We had everything packed for leaving in the morning. We are convinced that someone had scoped out what we had one afternoon after returning to the room based on stuff being thrown around. We honestly think that someone in the hotel was complicit. After reading other reviews, this is not an anomaly. They even left Euro's and toiletries so were targeting our bags. The hotel staff played dumb and we even spent hours at the police station filing reports. Do not stay here. There are much better and safer hotels in the area. Also get travel insurance!

Do not stay here! My family had their luggage stolen from their room. Pretty sure someone in the hotel was involved! Last night we were there, bags all packed and came back from dinner and everything was gone! Hotel staff was no help! Local police also didn’t seem to really care! Thousands of dollars lost!

A great "budget" hotel, situated in an excellent position in the Montmartre, with great views in some rooms of the magnificent Sacre Coeur. A short walk to the Moulin Rouge and the. Anvers metro is very close by as are numerous cafes and restaurants.

Hotel Avenir Montmartre is what it is, it's a 2 star modest budget hotel and it's our favourite hotel in Paris. We've stayed there many times over the years as it suits our travel needs. It's an ideal location and an ideal base for exploring Paris, nothing flash but it's clean and comfortable, if your on a budget (or even if you're not on a budget) depending on your travel accommodation wants, it will do you fine. Fantastic and amazing views of the magnificent Sacre Coeur from the Panasonic rooms, which is so close and also one can view the Eiffel Tower from certain rooms. Some rooms are not so roomy but it's whatever suits your requirements. To start your exploration of Paris by the Metro, Metro Anvers is a very close & convenient 50 meters from the hotel, also the hotel is a short walk to the famous Montmartre and the many artists and art galleries including Salvador Dali. However if you are walkers, ( by using the google map app on your mobile) many well known places & sights of Paris are only an interesting 15 to 20 minute walk. Also one can take a leisurely 13 minute stroll along the lovely Boulevard d'Rochechouart and Boulevard de Clichy to the famous Moulin Rouge via Blanche & Pigalle. and like everywhere else in Paris, there are many great cafe's and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are only continental but are great. Staff are nice and so very helpful, friendly and obliging. Very satisfied and pleased with staying at this lovely modest hotel

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia dal 23 al 26 dicembre, prenotando tre camere matrimoniali, di cui due con letti separati. Le camere con letti separati, seppur piccole , risultano perfette per un breve soggiorno, soprattutto approfittando di ottime offerte. I bagni, anche se di dimensioni contenute, sono funzionali e ben curati. L’hotel si distingue per la sua posizione strategica e i collegamenti eccellenti, oltre a una reception sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. In definitiva, un’ottima scelta per chi cerca praticità, comfort e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Piccolo hotel sul Viale principale di Montmartre, al confine tra il 9° e il 18° arrondissement, che di piccolo ha pure le dimensioni delle camere, ma soprattutto del bagno, davvero angusto. Vero punto di forza, oltre alla vista mozzafiato sul Sacrée Coeur, é la vicinanza (una 30ina di metri) dalla fermata della metropolitana Anvers. Buona la colazione, solo dolce sostanzialmente. Struttura vecchiotta e bruttina, ma pulita e personale cortese.
