We have always enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, this time, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the restaurant manager. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, he insisted on seating us at the smallest table available. When we politely requested a better table, he declined in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, claiming the restaurant was very busy—even though it clearly wasn’t.
Throughout the evening, the manager stared at us for no apparent reason, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong.
Thankfully, Tila made our evening more pleasant with her excellent service, but the manager’s attitude seriously impacted our overall experience. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, this was not the case.
