One of the best hotel in Paris .. atmosphere and ambiance was super comfy .. all team was very kind and helpful .. our room was always clean.. and the hotel was so close to everywhere.. Concierge team and chef of concierge was amazing they arrenged everything for us we could find every restaurant and cafe’s reservations cos they did it for us .. we loved it so much that we will come back soon !

酒店地理位置不錯很好找，就在香榭麗舍大街的側街上。來旅遊的話很方便，服務還算可以 房間空間一般。

房間很小，光線很暗。攜程圖片與房間嚴重不符合。房間不是靠街景的。不推薦這個酒店，推薦加500換別的酒店

Excellent service, getting us dinner reservations at outstanding restaurants and providing excellent tourist tips. Vikash treated us like VIPs and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The rooms were immaculate and the bar was exemplary

The room super clean and amazing location, i like how the room smells and how high end details love the courtyard view that what we had and they made a setup for my honeymoon was really cool my wife’s liked it i would come back again and enjoy the best paris visit again

I cannot say enough about the people who work here! The rooms were comfortable and beautiful but it was the people who made our trip so memorable. We were a group of six girls for a long weekend. We were welcomed so warmly and given a glass of champagne. Cedric arranged for our rooms to be ready early which was so appreciated after flying all night. My friend's room and door had been decorated for her birthday and Rafael had cake for use that evening as well. Bob, Matheiu and Stephanie at the front desk were ready to assist with whatever was needed; cabs, water, luggage or friendly conversation and laughs. Etienne was our server at breakfast and was so attentive. The continental breakfast was delicious; so fresh with fruit and yogurt. A basket of bread filled with croissants, baguettes, apple bread and pan de chocolate. as well as fluffy scrambled eggs. I am sure I am missing someone's name so I will just say everyone was amazing! I cannot say enough good things! And believe me, they put up with quite a bit of shenanigans from us, but they truly seemed to share in our joy, I would 100% return here and cannot recommend it any more strongly.

We stayed at Hotel de Sers during late June and the location and quality of the hotel are excellent. Hotels in this district can be extremely expensive, like the George V next door at 5x the price. The staff, front counter, concierge were all very helpful and always with a genuine smile.
