Hôtel Gramont

酒店設施完善，地理位置非常優越。鄰近車站，以及旅遊景點。雖然房間比較窄，但短途旅遊是沒有問題的。

The hotel was perfect! The employees were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious for my family of 3. We had a king and my daughter slept on a full size pull out sofa, which was comfortable. There was a full breakfast that was delicious and a variety of coffee was available all day long in addition to croissants and home baked cakes. The hotel is located walking distance to the Metro, Galleries Lafayette and the opera house.

We booked the hotel on trip.com. The location of the hotel was good, just a bit far from the metro exit, but the public transportation was very convenient. The service and room hygiene were good. The only thing was the hygiene of the breakfast while I was concerned that the pastries from the night before were surprisingly still there the day after breakfast. The temperature in the room was very high food spoiled easily and they need to be replaced. The most disappointing part was that three of us enjoyed breakfast at this hotel and all ended up with severe food poisoning symptoms. Shortly after eating, the three of us took turns experiencing vomiting, diarrhea and fever, and the whole experience was very painful and seriously affected our trip. We had purchased museum passes and made Michelin reservations, and as a result, we were unable to complete any of these arrangements due to our ill health. Seriously this is very disturbing and I hope that the hotel will pay more attention to food safety and hygiene management to ensure that every guest has a more reassuring and enjoyable experience in the future.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is in a beautiful street and close to everything you could possibly need. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very small but for a weekend it was comfortable and well equipped. The price was high but this is probably expected for this part of Paris. The staff were exceptional - Thank you to everybody at the Gramont.

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location with great staff and a relaxed ambiance. We would recommend for a couples short break in Paris.

We were 5 ladies who stayed 3 nights in this beautiful small hotel. There is a coffee machine in the small dining area and cake selection for guests to use free all day. Rooms are small but very comfortable and quiet. Super black out curtains. Very comfy beds. We still needed the aircon on even this time of year. We didn’t have a plug point beside full length mirror (room 303) but one in bathroom. A vanity mirror on dressing table would be a good idea. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was tasty scrambled egg, cold meats, salmon and pastries. Would recommend the restaurant Le Gramont at top of street for tasty French food. The busy trendy Italian across from it called La Citadelle would recommend. We mostly got Ubers everywhere as there were 5 of us. Didn’t find metro user friendly for daily commutes to the attractions. Hôtel is walkable to the Louvre and closer to the main shopping district. We would all highly recommend this hotel.
