Holiday Inn Paris Opéra - Grands Boulevards, an IHG Hotel

Good location and services, but room is bit small. Good for business travel, recommend

Hotel location is very good, just in front of Metro station. The room is just French size, but the bathroom is quite big. The staff are very helpful, and they are very happy to offer assistance when we need any help. The breakfast is perfect, with many varieties of meats, salads, cheeses and drinks.

Best choice for me in Paris! Tried some self rented place before, was horrible. This hotel here on the other hand was great!

The reception was very helpful. The lady with golden hair ( forgot to ask her name) helped us to call for the time changing for tickets. Greatly appreciated!!!

Breakfast is good and nice staff ! Super convenient location with lots of food choices and shopping !

⚠️ AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL‼️ ⚠️ STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE‼️ We got all our things stolen from our room‼️ All our 4 luggages were cut‼️ Any staffs can enter your room anytime without permission‼️ This is not the first time and never the last time‼️ Room were locked properly but the thief can access to every floor, go into any room, and steal everything, and walk out safely from the hotel. All our plan were impacted, Disneyland Paris, Eiffel Tour, Seine River Dinner Tour, all wasted because of this. The manager & general manager refused to take any sort of responsibility. Both managers mentioned that it’s the law of France that if things were stolen in their guest room, hotel will not be responsible for anything. Which means you pay hefty sum and stay on your own risk. When we ask them how can they assist us as we got our card and nearly all our cash stolen, they say nothing they can do as the hotel has no responsibility to help their guest. So they ask us to go buy new luggages ourselves with our own money. 👎🏻 Worst hotel in the world 👎🏻 Worst hotel managers in the world People tell that it’s dangerous outside as you might get your things stolen in the metro, tourist spot or even on the street, but in fact it’s even worse if you’re staying in Holiday Inn Opera Grand Boulevards.
