Yet, our chambermaids are very thorough in their work and although we are very sorry, none of our guests who have stayed in this room have complained about its cleanliness. You also mention marks on the bathroom fittings. These are simply marks from cleaning and wear and tear. Our facilities are clean and regularly maintained.
