I arrived at 10:00 AM to complete my check-in formalities and leave my luggage. When I returned at 11:40 PM to collect my room key, I was unexpectedly made to wait another 20 minutes at the counter. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom shelf was half broken. I chose Pullman expecting a true five-star hotel experience, but unfortunately the overall stay felt far below that standard. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and room maintenance.

I stayed at Pullman Paris Montparnasse and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern and well organized, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Paris. The location is also very convenient, especially with its proximity to the Montparnasse transportation hub, making it easy to move around the city. The staff were professional and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable hotel for travelers visiting Paris.

The breakfast in nice environment but food option limit and taste need improve. Close to metro, within 10min walk. The room is nice and feel safe.

Best hotel ever in Paris. Everything clean n so convenient, the staffs super friendly and helpful. also, near montparnasse mrt station. Especially, the breakfast included so great ❤️❤️❤️! many tksss

The room is big compare to others hotel in Paris. Bed is comfy. However, I found the road construction outside to be hard to travel since it’s one way road and cant cross the road. The public transport is in walking distance. Can walk to Gare Montparnasse to access train and metro. And they charged 5 euro for cutlery if u ask for one. ( i guess it’s all the same in Europe)

We booked the Classic Family Room with two double beds, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped, including a smart TV which was great for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent — right next to the train and metro station, making it easy to get around. The area feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel

Very modern and big. Nice location as its just next to a train station.

Room was ready late however was offered a free drink at the bar while we waited and they put a compliment cake in the room as well. The room was very nice however my main complaint was the open plan nature of the bathroom.

The room is bigger and more comfortable than imagined and the room is bright enough. Appreciate that they provide free bottle of water every day. The location is convenient, around 10mins walk to metro station. But the housekeeping tried to open our door and enter our room without knocking the door at 9am in the morning. The housekeeping lady didn’t say a word or apologise when she discovered we are still inside the room. We have complained this to the front desk but they only told us the lady should mixed up with other room without any apologies.

Overall a great stay with excellent service and location. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around the city. Service was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The only downside was noticing a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing, but overall the experience was very positive.
