The location was convenient as it was close to Champs Élysées and to Madeleine metro station. The interiors of the hotel were fantastic and met with high expectations. The room is properly serviced everyday with refilled large mineral water which solves a lot of problems for me. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that despite the pamphlet in the room saying the hotel is prepared with EU/USA adapters on request yet they didn’t have a proper one to provide when I asked for it at the counter

Love their location and aesthetic of the hotel room. A little bit small but still managed to open up 2 big luggages in our room. Love that they’re using diptique as well.

Well appointed rooms. Very clean and centrally located! Will come back again for sure.

The Hotel is very friendly to all the guests, the receptionst girl was fast & professional in her duty & easy-going.

Отель отличный! Оправдал все ожидания. Идеальное расположение, особенно для тех кто любит пешие прогулки (одинаковая удаленность от всех районов). Очень красивые номера и просторные ванные комнаты. Единственное лучше в пожеланиях указывать, чтобы номер был не на 7 этаже (мансарда). Переживали из-за завтраков, но они были тоже хорошими. Либо опция шведского стала (и там можно сварить яйца), либо отдельно заказать любой вид яиц и авокадо тост (очень большой и сытный с красной рыбой подается) + один из самых вкусных капучино. На ужин в ресторане рекомендуем брать сибас и закуску артишок.

房間很大很寬敞，有三扇落地陽台窗，很法式。床是我睡過最舒服的床，每天都睡得很好。衞生間也很大，備品都是Diptyque的很不錯。

設施：設施嶄新而且很有設計感 不像之前住的酒店設施老舊 衞生：房屋衞生 衞生間 浴室 床單等都很乾凈 環境：環境OK的 地理位置也離春天和其他購物場所近 很方便 服務：服務3.5-3.8吧。第一：辦理入職時前台沒有人，找了半天前台而且酒店樓下的酒吧服務員也沒有眼力勁，看我們找人也不幫忙衹有我們開口問才去找。第二：晚上9點回酒店前台依舊沒有人，又找了一圈無果，可笑的是前台就在酒吧與服務員聊天😅我不去找服務員前台就這麼看着唄。你説它不是24小時前台吧，它倒是真有，但形同虛設。辦理入住時送了welcome drink沒有用所以不點評。

房間很棒，前台服務態度也很好，重點是酒店門口時主幹道，相比老城區的小巷子更安全，距離核心景點也很近，交通也很比較方便，好評！

前台服務非常好，由於是早班飛機，1點多就到了有幸有空房可以提前入住， 出門問路以及晚餐服務都非常棒，床也舒服，下次還會再來。
