I stayed for a night with my partner and niece. This was my third time here, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service and room amenities. The room looked dated, and the overall experience didn’t match previous visits.
I booked a room with breakfast for three, paying extra for my niece. During check-in, I confirmed this and even showed a photo of the booking. However, at breakfast, it still only showed two guests, and the staff came to our table and asked for a photo of my booking. There seemed to be poor communication between departments.
The restaurant staff were not attentive, tables weren’t cleared promptly, and the buffet was lacking compared to before. There was no tea, the hot chocolate was empty, and several food warmers were left unfilled.
I tried calling housekeeping five times with no answer and the reception twice before someone finally picked up. I requested an extra towel, which was never delivered. Even after asking a staff member in person, it still never arrived.
As someone working in the hospitality industry, I found this experience very disappointing. I hope improvements can be made.
