I've been charged 1000 pesos to damage bath towel and I've been told it was blood stain but actually it wasn't. I believe hotel staff tried to made money off it and they succeeded. I'll never stay in life in this hotel. Moreover when I checked in. I wanted to pay for breakfast buffet and they told me you can have complimentary coz i couldn't pay online for 1 person then I wanted to have breakfast in the morning and he been told to pay 650 pesos. Worst customer service and worst communication skills.

We had a really nice restful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious as well as the comfort room. The breakfast buffet is superb too!! ❤️ We will definitely come back. Worth the price!

Loved our stay! Clean, super helpful ng staff sa hotel and we love the food. And may netflix, amazon prime unlike sa iba na hindi naka smart tv and it’s bigger compared sa ibang hotel na kaprice din ng stay sa ibang hotels.

Pros: - The location is very near to COD Manila and MOA. - The staffs were friendly and accommodating from FO, bell service, security and the staffs at the restaurant. - Our room can request kitchen utensils which is a plus. Cons: - There were dust on one of our room. - No paper bag for guest use. - Need to pay extra for bottled water. However, we had a great stay. We will surely come back again! PS. There’s a charcoal being used as a deodorizer that is literally in a carton box. One is in the master’s bedroom and one inside the fridge. I think it’s more nicer to put it in a bowl or something. 😂

This hotel is so underrated, pero maganda, malinis. Staff are all nice.

Very nice hotel, quiet and peaceful, we really enjoyed the pool area as there are only a few people using it. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Noise from the LRT is very loud, need to soundproof the rooms. Food must be a little bit Muslim friendly by adding more non-pork choices.

Location is good, near the malls and the airport. But you can only use a cab or by using grab as a mode of transport. Room is clean and the bed is very soft which is good. The breakfast is sumptuous but you need to go there a bit early as it tend to get very busy at around 8:30 to 9:00 AM
