Louis Imperial Beach

Booked this fairly last minute and was a little worried due to a recent influx of bad reviews (mostly about air con). It was me, my wife and 2 children (17 daughter and 14 son). We got back the early hours of this morning and what a great time we had. Food: It really was a great selection and loads to pick from. Some of the nicest food I have had and definitely the best at an all inclusive. Staff: I want to give a big shout out to (I think it might be) Dimitar from the main restaurant service team. He always was happy to help and tell a joke or 2. The entertainment team were good and not pushy at all. All had a very relaxed feel to it. Kids liked Mimo's aqua aerobics. Also how does Ahmed remember eveyones name. Even after his days off he still remembered ours. In terms of evening Entertainment if feel most hotel are much the same. I think people something expect a Broadway show. Steve Welsh was particularly good. Hotel/Room: Yes I get it when people say parts are a bit dated but if you are going to let that ruin your holiday, I feel sorry for you. Rooms are good size and of a good standard. Beds are comfortable, air con works, mini fridge was re stocked each day. Not too sure what more you could want. Also great transport links

Arrived home today from this fantastic hotel and I’m already missing it… Let me start this review with giving the whole staff a special praise from the reception staff to the lovely cleaning staff everyone was fabulous…. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile. A special thank you to Alex and his bar staff they are a credit to this hotel, always there to replenish your drinks and even remembering our names throughout the week we were there!!!! We where celebrating our 30th anniversary and I had ordered flowers from a local florist to be put in our room not only did they do this but there was also a bottle of bubbly on ice for when we arrived..( Very nice gesture) All I can say is if you’re thinking of booking this hotel don’t hesitate it’s fantastic… The food is excellent as is the drinks and couldn’t fault the location… it’s right on the beach far enough out from the nightlife but close enough if you wanted it …. Once again I can’t thank this hotel and their staff enough really is a special place. Unfortunately back in work tomorrow but I’m already locked at booking for next year .. Absolutely fantastic hotel, spent a wonderful 2 weeks here for our anniversary which the hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us in our room when we arrived after midnight, Food The food is fantastic, everything is clearly labelled, there is a menu with everything on it and if it has any intolerance ingredients in it which was ideal for me as someone who cannot have Soya or Dairy. The range is brilliant, there's something for everyone and is freshly cooked right in front of you! Staff What can I say about the staff here? They are so lovely and friendly, the Hotel Manager Chris, Operations Manager Philippos, Guest Relations Bianca, all the Bar staff including Bianka, Alicia, Alex, Ahmed, Gabrielle and all the others who kept the drinks flowing and we loved speaking to everyday as well as the restaurant staff, manager Christikis, all the waiting staff, head chef George and of course the entertainment staff, Mimo, Grace, Amber, Nimi and the crazy crazy Bubbles! Every single staff member has gone out of their way to make our holiday the best we've ever had, Room and facilities The room was very clean and kept clean (although we aren't the tidiest guests) but the cleaners were always around and even when we placed the do not disturb sign across when we didn't think we were going to be out of the room if they saw us they double checked if we wanted the room cleaning which on occasion we did, the room mini fridge was fully stocked daily with branded soft drinks and a large bottle of water which we made use of. Considering the island cannot flush toilet paper the toilets were extremely clean and always smelled lovely which was something you don't find often in public toilets on the island. Entertainment The entertainment is great, there's a full programme of sports and games which we made much use of, Aqua Arobics, Water Polo, Shuffleboard, Darts, Archery, Water Volleyball, there's music all day. Sunbeds Plenty of sunbeds all around the hotel grounds, we've never had an issue finding at least one unoccupied but we don't sunbathe. Overall we have been coming to this hotel for 5 years, we have never been able to find a hotel that compares, the staff remember who you are and make you feel so welcome, the hotel manager Chris is such a fantastic guy he is so hands on with the guests, if we ever have any questions or queries we ask Bianca or even just to say hello and have a quick conversation, even the other guests are lovely to speak to. We will definitely be back next year!

What a gem of a hotel! We have just returned from 7 days there, marvelous food, 3 lovely pools, nice rooms, walkable to paphos, and a little sheltered cove across from hotel great for swimming! Bar service direct to your sunbed was also a winner . We had a lovely time and will definately fo back

Once again we are nearing the end of our holiday and we have said once again we will be returning next year. There are so many grate aspects to this hotel lets just start what makes this hotel diffrent to all other hotels and is what makes everyone return; the staff from cleaners who say morning and rooms are always clean and fresh towels every day, Also Bianca who makes best cocktails I’ve had in along time and first person to say welcome back within a few steps of walking through the front door. and Ahmed from bar both take time to learn your names and say hello all the time with a smile and even coming over before you finished to ask if you want another. the kitchen staff could not do more for you, and a massive thank you to hotel managers Bianca, Chris and Philippos, christakis Always helpful and nothing is too much and greeted with a smile and always there to greet you at meals. Food here is amazing very tasteful and plenty of choices even if stay multiple weeks and themed nights you won’t eat same food twice (unless You choose to) and the two live cooking stations. I won’t start with apple pie as partner has always said for 9years “don’t like apple pie” now she is now happy for me to cook it back home. Entertainment; The animation team do so well with what they are given and most days were in the pool and evening with bingo, quiz and live acts and all of the team get stuck in with everything and have a good laugh with you. As I always believe in being honest and it’s not even something that ruins it and like others say yes it’s slightly dated hotel as it’s one of the oldest hotels but there is plans in place for a major renovation and don’t let this out you off as all the amazing parts out way a bit of painting Things to take from this is hotel is best staff you will ever meet staff, food (will never go hungry) three meals a day plus snacks between meals and pop corn and the bar, plenty of sun beds for everyone. In two weeks we never failed to get a bed by the pools. This is why 80%+ are returning guests

Wow, what can I say, just arrived back yesterday. Here's goes, the staff are absolutely amazing, so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, even on departure the manager and grace from entertainment said goodbye to everyone. I have stayed in some beautiful hotels but the staff here are just amazing. Ahmed one of the waiters no idea how he remembers everyone's name. Such a clean hotel too. The food, there isn't as much choice as some hotels I've been too, but this isn't a negative as it all tastes and is cooked great, I'd rather have quality over quantity any day. I've had one of my easiest, less stressful fun holidays, been a pleasure. My only criticism is please update the hairdryers. You can get one from reception but even though plug sockets in hotel are English the dryer had a 2 pin plug and I didn't have adaptor for English socket. First time to Cyprus, would I go back 100%, would I recommend this hotel, 100%. Some of the evening entertainment could be abit more next level, although we had a great time. The food at the fusion restaurant was also great. Book these as soon as possible, easy with a qr code. We never had a problem getting a sunbed and the air-conditioning was working in the hotel, though the bar area can be warm, but overall great holiday, huge thanks to your wonderful staff as without them it wouldn't be the same, well done everyone.

Back at the Imperial for our family summer holiday. Was lovely to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones too. Philip the operations manager and Alex the bar manager are great additions to the Imperial team. Service as always was spot on. Staff can’t do enough for you. It’s hard to pick as so many of them are amazing - but a special shout out to Ahmed in the restaurant! He knew our drinks order without us having to ask and was always so happy and friendly. And to Alicia, Domas and Alina in the bar. Last but not least - the animation team who work hard to get everyone involved in the activities.

We have just come back from a week at the Louis Imperial beach hotel. Had interconnecting rooms which were fabulous with 2 teenagers in tow . The sea view from our room was amazing we had rooms 129 & 130. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. So much food choice. Loved the 2 pools a busy and a quiet one. Also a smaller indoor pool which was very refreshing. We use to sunbath in the Grass area so was in between the two pools overlooking the sea so we had the perfect spot to use the choice of all pools. The Entertainment staff were excellent never too pushy and just at the right level you were never put under any pressure to join in and could do as much or little or nothing at all. Your holiday your choice. Perfect location a mile to get to the harbour walking along the seafront flat and smooth. Our flight wasn’t until 01:20 in the morning so pick up was at 22:45 so booked a late check out room which we had til 6pm which I would definitely recommend so we could still enjoy the last day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was always clean and tidy. Thankyou to all the staff for making us have a fabulous holiday we were so sorry to leave would definitely go back again.

Well where do I start hmmm, Fantastic holiday we stayed for 7 nights from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed, a big credit to all your hard working staff who do an amazing job in all area's, food @ drink plentiful I think I've had my fair share for my family hic! hotel is a little dated in places but I'll take that as it was built in the 80's so it did have that vibe, rooms with aircon much needed, would recommend some portable ones in communal area's as these are hot at times. The hotel is in a great position SW facing so plenty of sunshine with a gentle breeze, perfectly kept clean. Evening Entertainment was a little bit of a let-down for a 4 star Plus? other hotels on the same ***** had better that we could see when passing by at a 4 star rating. That said this didn't bother me that much as we had a fantastic time and would like to thank you all for the wife's birthday cake @ surprise cool bottle of fizz, also the maid for her creativity of bed dressings, we loved that. We booked for both the restaurants and loved them both, what a burger yummy again please! if you get the chance go to Oldtown, do some excursions, don't miss out on seeing places you wouldn't normally see otherwise.
