Great location and amenities. All worked well.. Airport transfer was on time

朝昼晩の食事が3食ついている(ビュッフェ方式) なので食事の心配はない。 メニューは豊富だが、長期になると飽きてくるので たまには海沿いのレストランで豪華に夕飯を頂く。 遺跡の近くなので、歴史好きの方には便利だと思う。

西欧で3人でも広く4つ星ホテル並みの豪華さ、観光地のすぐ傍でシングルで1泊8,000円台はめちゃくちゃ安い。超お得で絶海お薦めです。

Have just come back from our holiday for a week all inclusive at this resort and really enjoyed our stay. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and this was perfect for our needs. The resort has a large supermarket directly opposite so very handy. It is a couple of minutes walk to seafront and harbour with many restaurants and souvenir shops . Is also about a 5 to 10 min walk from tge livelier bar street with clubs and boogies Karaoke bar open until the early hours for the party goers. The resort staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely and tasty and good selection (but not huge) always something for my husband and son who can be a bit fussy. Take own pool towels or buy when arrive as not provided at this resort.

We were a family of 6 and had 2 studio apartments in Harbour Suites on a bed and breakfast basis. The rooms were clean and well equipped for self catering with lovely views from the balcony. Tea & coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. We were surprised with a lovely bottle of wine and Cyprus delight on arrival. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was inviting with a life guard on duty. Sun beds were always available. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The location was perfect for us within walking distance of the sea, harbour and archaeological sites. Across the road was a great supermarket. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We stayed at the Basilica Holiday Resort from 18/10 to 25/10. When we arrived to book in, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, as they had us down as being 2 adults only, instead of 2 adults and a child (17 year old daughter). The room was located in Thalia block, which overlooked the pool. The room was basic, but we expected that as we knew it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but it was clean and the beds comfortable. We only stayed self catering, so can't comment on the food within the hotel. We had an issue with hot water on the second day, which was fixed almost immediately and the reception staff that we dealt with were all friendly and really helpful. We booked this complex for it's location to Paphos harbour, bars and restaurants (hence why we went self-catering); we were not disappointed, the location is fantastic and the main selling point of the hotel. We had a great holiday in Paphos and would stay again in Basilica.

This resort is kept spotless,food amazing ,staff amazing, nothing is to much trouble. Location is 2minutes walk to beach ,shops and restuarants. Massive supermarket nearby. Very reasonable prices for food,drinks,ect. Will definitely return next year.

Perfect stay. The room was bright and clean with a nice balcony. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The quality of food and wine was excellent. There were always enough empty chairs at the clean swimmingpool. The location in the middle of Paphos, close to shops and restaurants and opposite a supermarkt was the best.

My partner and I just returned from an all inclusive holiday here at Basilica Holiday Resort and it was absolutely wonderful. We can't think of a single thing to fault, which is rare ! The Highlights were the Staff, Food and Location: The staff truly made our holiday special. They were really helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. A huge shout out to the team: Panayiotis, Melpo, Amgoli, and Luccian at the bar, and Elli at reception (apologies for any spelling mistakes). Your hard work and fantastic attitude are invaluable! The food was a real highlight. There was plenty of choice, and the quality was amazing. (I didn't think I would ever leave a review about spinach pie (what??) but it was absolutely delicious 😋 as was all the food.) A big thank you to the head chef and the entire kitchen staff for their brilliant work. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from the harbour, promenade walks, beaches, coves, bars, restaurants, shops, and historical/archaeological sights aplenty. Accommodation & Atmosphere: The holiday resort itself is very clean and well-kept. The pool, bar and restaurant areas are beautiful and have a great relaxing atmosphere. We loved that there were plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need for an early morning rush! Our accommodation was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen, including fridge, and a sunny balcony. The view from the balcony had an amazing aspect, we overlooked the road toward the sea, with beautiful sunsets and boats in the distance. A really good position. We enjoyed the variety of evening entertainment, which included local singers, a fire-eater, a magician, and Greek dancers. We also took a coach trip to see the rest of Southern Cyprus, including Nicosia and Larnaca, which was a great way to see the countryside and coast. Thank you to everyone including the bar staff, reception, the kitchen team, and the cleaners for their invaluable contribution. We had a brilliant time, enjoyed great weather, and look forward to returning next year!

2nd time in 4 years could do with modern bathroom very basic no money spent on it location nice food good entertainment great pool nice breakfast good standard

Second visit and didn't disappoint. Staff so helpful and friendly and room kept very clean by the staff. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom plus clean towels plus lovely view from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel, great location, very friendly staff with Elli on reception being particularly helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived after seeing some of the reviews. We stayed in a studio apartment overlooking the ruins. The rooms are basic but clean, the beds comfy and our shower was brilliant, good pressure and lots of hot water. The pool was brilliant we never had to get up to get sunbeds and past residents had left lilos etc which were communal to use. We booked through Jet2 self catering but after buying breakfast the first morning we upgraded to all inclusive which cost 35 euros per person per day and was well worth it. The omelettes for breakfast were amazing and there was a wide variety of food. We enjoyed the Cypriot food and only ate out once as we had everything we wanted and it was set in a traditional Cypriot patio overlooking the pool. There was entertainment each night which was ok. It was also located within 5 minutes walk of the harbour and bars, restaurants and shops and 2 minutes from the bus station. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return here on our next visit to Paphos.

After reading some of the reviews not certain what to expect from this hotel, however can only say my holiday was very good Staff were helpful and exceptionally friendly Our studio room although furniture was perhaps a little tired was clean and comfortable Although we booked all inclusive the facilities in our studio would have been quite adequate for self catering Plug sockets were three pin in our room, Harbour Suites number 207 Plenty of complimentary soap,shower gel,shampoo and conditioner Box of sweets , bottle of wine and bottle of water on arrival in room Although not many uk tv programmes netflix is available The food was assorted and tasty, something for most tastes daily Entertainment every night if you wanted to spend the evening at the hotel A short walk to the harbour and the sea if you fancied a swim, although not close to a Sandy beach An enjoyable and relaxing week
