Svar fra overnatningssted: Dear Guest, when you booked for the first night there was only 1x Deluxe Family room available in the system. But you book with your friend or family member at the same time but separately 1x Deluxe Family Room which the system accepted anyhow. We didnt cancel your over booking since we had at that time 2x Deluxe Double room which we gave you for the first night for free. Our friendly staff explained you every thing and you understand that you need to transfer for further stay your room to the Deluxe Family room. But next day you make a tour and come back at around 4pm instead 11am . The check out time is 12am and the rooms needed to clean for the new arrival but you been not there, so our friendly staff transfer your luggage’s to your Deluxe Family room. What is wrong on that ? Furthermore all the aircon in your rooms are working very well and of course will doesnt work if your room isn’t occupied. Regarding internet connection; we are also depend on the internet provider since we dont have our own satellite in the sky. Sometimes the speed going down which is normal since we are one of the 7200 island of Philippines. 99 % of our valued guests understand and value their stay with us very well but 1% not. Regards.
