We truly appreciate your comments, and we’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations.We would like to mention that our resort is indeed a newer property, and while it may be a bit further from some areas, we strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for our guests. While public transportation can be a challenge, there are always tuk-tuks available right in front of our resort, and our front desk team is more than happy to assist you in arranging transportation to any destination.If you are looking to stay closer to the center of Alona Beach, please note that accommodations in that area tend to come with a higher price due to the prime location.Regarding the noise from airplanes, we understand that it can be a bit disruptive, but as we are located on a popular tourist island, this is something we cannot control. However, we would like to mention that there are typically only 1-2 flights per day during daylight hours that pass over the resort.As for our pool, it is designed as a kiddie pool with shallow water, and we clearly state this on our website and all online travel agencies (OTAs). We kindly recommend reviewing this information before booking to ensure it aligns with your preferences.We appreciate your feedback, and we will continue working hard to improve our services.The Management Team, Willander Resort
