Affordable, fun, and lively! Mad Monkey Hostel exceeded expectations. Enjoyed the foam party and welcome drink. Only drawback: 1km from Alona Beach. Recommended for budget-conscious travelers seeking a social vibe! 4/5 stars)

The hostel was clean and had activities in the evening to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to meet with other stayers. The only downside is that it is far (about a 20 mins walk) from the main area of activities (Alona Beach) and that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

this is my first time staying in a hostel and all is worth it .. get to meet new friends .. their staffs are really nice .. a lot of fun activities and free drinks !! super worth the price 😍

My stay at Mad Monkey Panglao was amazing! The vibe was fun and lively, perfect for meeting new people and enjoying the social atmosphere. The facilities were clean, and the pool area was a great spot to relax during the day. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local attractions. If you're looking for a fun and budget-friendly place to stay in Panglao, I highly recommend Mad Monkey!

Room were very nice and clean with privacy curtains and AC. Staff was very friendly and did a great job getting everyone together.

They do have activities everyday love it there if u r backpacker alone its good place to meet people and socializes

have cockroachs but i guess in-line with its location and that its a remote island sort-of, but do meet good roommates

The hostel had a nice vibe surrounded by palm trees and around a pool. Little far away from everything but I knew that before staying for one night.

Nice hostel close to the beach. Its still is maybe 8 minutes scooter ride to alona beach. I booked a bed in the 4 bed dorm. The sheets were clean and room was taken care of. I just expected with this price a towel would be included. All in all not bad if you want to meet other people.

I recommend this hotel if you are budget traveler. Although I was wrongly choosing type of room, they allow me to change room type.
