Liked the large spacious rooms. Lot of space for a large family. For some it's a plus point to be very close to the market and right on the main road. Most shop's are within walking distance

Pricing is too much for just a mere room stay. The place itself doesn't provide any price worthy amenities. Lacks water pressure too.

The location is right in the market, yet it is quiet. Its a quaint place with old age vibes. All clean and neat but the place could use some sprucing up. The staff seemed keen to help but no one is available after 10pm. No room service or restaurant in the property. Since we stayed just for a night and used this place only for sleeping it turned out to be convenient and economical.

Citadel stay was an excellent experience, rooms were clean, staff was courteous, food was delicious and fulfilling.... highly recommend place to experience a beautiful break from everyday hustle🫰🏻

The cottage was spacious. It could accommodate 4 adults easily. There is a play area for kids and the location is very near to the panchgani main road and table top. Food can be ordered in the in-house kitchen. The food rates were bit pricey but the food was tasty.

A great stay at the resort. A good spacious cottage. Room service was extremely good. A quiet and spacious property closer to the table land. Overall a good stay.

Going by the suffix resort, one went with the expectation of a landscaped property in the midst of greenery serene surroundings view etc. This one located in a congested mid town area of panchgani does not meet these critetia. It appears to be a very old inherited property with large portions except 5 odd cottages selectively refurbished with livable intetiors and the rest in unrestored state. Owners are friendly courteous and helpful, food nothing to write about and only advantage if any is its proximity to the main market. Rooms and beds are maintained clean and livable with basic add ons like clean towels and toiletry.

It's a wonderful place to stay. It boasts beautiful surroundings and offers excellent amenities. Children can also enjoy themselves here. Staying at this place truly gives you the feeling of being in a complete hill station.

Well furnished and beautiful heritage cottage. Very convenient location and family friendly atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample car parking space. Good and reasonably priced food and room service
