Location is quite convenient (near the Via Argentina metro station). The room is spacious and the breakfast is pretty good. Amenities in the room are quite limited however (no body wash was provided/ no free bottles of water).

The location is fairly good because the metro station is not too far. Breakfast is so so. But staff were very friendly.

The hotel and staff are great.
The internet was a real problem. It was intermittent and when it worked, it was terribly slow.
I travel on business and thus good internet is essential.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help
It is a hotel where they make you feel like family.
All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant.
Thank you Karen, Isis (in reception) and Laura (housekeeping) who were always attentive to our requests.
It is a great hotel with excellent service and everything is close. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for
The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel
