Close to the airport, friendly staff, clean room

Perfect location for the long layover in Panama. Just a few things to keep in mind. At the breakfast if you want an omelette you need to ask as there is no one their during breakfast as at other buffet

The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel. The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area! The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious.

First off the shuttle service is once per hour(!). The time is not mentioned on the website, but turned out to me x.25 and x.35 at the terminals. So we came at x.45 and after 15 min called... ended up taking a taxi. We arrived and the hotel is located next to the main street. That is not an issue, except the noise is really loud. So the glass is not tempering at all. The AC is very old and adds to the noise. We had a small bite at the restaurant and wanted to sit outside. The shuttle was standing next to the terrace and on. So again... noise. The service of the restaurant was good. The breakfast was good and service nice. But all in all, never again as the noise is too much and the hotel is outdated incl the noisy AC.

The location is the best part of the hotel. The shower seems to have mold on the bottom. If it is not mold, it is not getting cleaned thoroughly. It’s very hard to get shampoo or conditioner out of the dispensers. I also don’t quite understand why the hotel outs first a blanket on the bed and on top of it a sheet. I don’t think that it is. wry hygienic. I appreciate that the hotel provides some on-the-go breakfast items for guests who leave before 6 AM.

Very near to airport which is good for transit

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

The airport shuttle never shows up to terminal 2. Waited over an hour. Then had to take a taxi to hotel which was super over priced for a 5 min drive. Hotel Manager argued with me that the shuttle was there, when he didn’t even tried calling the driver to see what was going on. The room I record reeked of cigarettes. There room didn’t have towels either. I showed up at night, which is surprising room was not ready.

Great service! Would recommend for layovers in Panama if you’d rather be in close proximity to the airport.

The location was within walking distance from the airport , the buffet was delicious and the staff was courteous. I'll visit again.

The best part is the proximity to the airport.

Convenient for an overnight stay.

My stay at the Crowne plaza was awesome. The staff was so lovely! The breakfast was very good - fresh eggs, juice, fruit, decent coffee, and a couple of Panamanian favorites as well. The room was clean and fresh. Plus, having the pool on the stopover was a great way to relax a bit - plenty of shade in the pool area. The shuttle service to and from the airport is free and easy. The only thing is that it comes and goes just once an hour, so that could be improved for convenience.

Fine for an airport stopover, nice, clean, large room, no fridge or kettle though, decent bar downstairs, helpful staff, computer & printer at hand.
