I recently stayed at Hotel Exe Oriental in Panama and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout process. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable stay in the city.

Lo único malo que no cuenta con sus estacionamientos. Pero nos resolvieron. Buena atención y muy amables!

房價比較大，但是夜間光線比較暗。 沒有飲用水，前台也沒有，半夜渴了還要自己出去買水 熱水不熱，放了半天都是涼的

Excellent stuff but the hotel service has to improve. People there were friendly and helpful but there as space to improve for the hotel. The buffet was just ok, there’s not room service, not great view from the terrazas, not a bottle of water as a courtesy like others hotels (needed specially in a hot city as Panama).

Good hotel room in a safe part of town. Good amenities. Check in was smooth and reception kept our bags after checking out before our flight. The only issue was the hallway to our room had a weird smell but other than that no issues. Recommend for the price I paid

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff, Nelly, Joel and the whole gang were amazingly friendly. That was the best part of our stay....the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone. The coffee machine ...Oh my! Cappuccino, Latte...any type of gourmet coffee, that machine delivered! The room we stayed in was a simple king, the bed could have been softer, but, wasn't bad. The location was perfect and close to everything. We would stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. $3-$5 from there to anywhere in Panama City using Uber. Taxis charge $20 to take you anywhere so definitely use Uber the entire time you’re here. After 5 days you literally save $100’s of dollars.

Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest. Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards. 1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk. 2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain. 3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space. 4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

What a disaster. Service is very poor and I found out they are accepting a lot of COVID positive guests to quarantine there which made us feel unsafe as I did not see them following the measures. this is not advised on the website. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Muy comodo hotel, muy buena relacion calidad y precio, centrico, cerca de los shoppings, de facil acceso desde el aeropuerto y se llega rapido al casco historico. La atencion es muy cordial. El desayuno podria mejorarse , al igual que el restaurant , dado que demora mucho.

El lugar calidad vs precio está bastante bien las instalaciones son agradables y limpias al tacto y a la vista 👌 el personal que me recibió en el counter de recepción un chico súper amigable y atento respetuoso me hizo sentir especial cuidando cada detalle de mi llegada, la chica que lo relevó es todo lo contrario con poco tacto y poco empatica las veces que acudí a ella me hizo saber que me estaba haciendo un favor su cara es como si le molestaba al igual que lo que me respondía era grosero deberían trabajar más en esos detalle por qué recuerden que la recepción es la cara del hotel si desde hay algo va mal ya todo va mal 🥹 y es decepcionante

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel per quattro notti, che dire? Tutto ottimo! Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, camere stupende enormi pulite e moderne e molto silenziose, colazione basica però di qualità. Tutto il personale da 10&lode, dalla reception, alle cameriere ai piani alle dipendenti del buffet colazioni. Abbiamo avuto in piccolo problemino con la cassaforte e il servizio della manutenzione lo ha risolto in modo eccellente! Se vedete qualche commento negativo di qualche mese fa è perché la catena Eurostars lo ha preso in gestione da poco. D'ora in poi sarà il nostro hotel di riferimento.
