Amazing hotel. Great staff. Harsha at front desk was just superb. Also the staff at breakfast buffet were splendid and served with a smile. And they are packed from 7am onwards Want to mention Dilip and Darshan for their exquisite service. The pool was rooftop and even though it got hot the pool itself was very relaxing.

In room dining took very length time than promised. And while items were not delivered in one go .. they took more than 30 minutes to deliver missing items

After staying for 2 days in La Miason Fontainhas property, we moved to Taj Vivanta Panaji. The room was spacious and offered all facilities- the bed was nice, the window had a reclining small bed, which can be used for reading and watching outside. The furniture is practical and nice. The attached bathroom had a nice big bathtub, a shower space etc., The property is at a prime location - closer to the waterfront, about 300 metres- where they have recently done a beautiful walking/jogging etc. I did my morning run for 2 days - up and down - it covers almost 5 kms - with a Parasurama statue and yoga poses in that pathway. Lot of people are using that during mornings and evenings. Coming back to the property, the service levels were outstanding of the key people managing it - special mention is of Mr. Jimshy John - the Accommodations manager who kindly agreed to move my reservation of Ama Trails to Taj Vivanta Panaji and was gracious in all aspects in terms of service. The team at the reception, the boys who take care of your car for parking (particularly Saurabh and Manoj)- do an excellent job to anticipate your needs and take care of cleaning the car based on your request. The breakfast spread is superb- we had nice hosts taking care of your needs all the time. The Taj service levels almost leave you spoilt - you start expecting the same in other hotels - unfortunately none can match up to Taj service. There are lots of things to praise about, the rooms offer unlimited water and other requirements you want. The property is near to MG road and the 18th cross road- which has many vegetarian restaurants - which we walked around during our stay and enjoyed in many places - will give separate review of them. Thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience. Will try and visit again at the earliest.

Luggage and welcoming was done by a guy who was wearing white shirt and black pant was wearing specs I forgot his name.Food& beverage department: Mac he was so kind and felt really nice meeting him loved his gesture by welcoming with food& beverage with such a beautiful note.Chef Ganesh loved your service the way you had surprised us with your beautiful gesture of getting us pastry while our departure and you had packed some food for us. It was such a lovely gesture.he was taking care of us while our breakfast as well. Aditya even served us well during our breakfast,his service was appreciated.Pragya the trainee even she was good with her work.House keeping: Parinita ,Sagar and vaibhav,they had done their job and I loved the decoration done by the staff he was really nice.Loved everything at Vivanta. It felt like home with such impromptu service. Will definitely visit again and I would highly recommend to my friends and relatives.Thank you for giving us such a lovely memory. This was my 2nd visit to vivanta panaji and it was really a wonderful stay this time it was very funn and also every small efforts made by the f&b staff amd our chef literally brought four moons to the stay. Thanks to chef ganesh and chef negi and nirmit sayan and pritam from the F&B team . I hope to see you again soon. Thanks for making the stay most memorable.
