No wifi, no soaps, not even water bottle. Power kept going off. Only positive is it is walkable to casino

Bad experience. I booked a non ac room. They first gave me a room and the next day they called me and told me to come immediately and change the room. They said it was an ac room. I had to come amid-st my tight schedule just to change the room. Also the new room didn't have a tv and even hangers to hang clothes.

In my view the hotel management don't need indian team in there hotel they need international team to there hotel

The menino regency is very old and maintenance is not good. In every room there was too much bad smell there. Tv as well ac were not working properly. They didn't provide complementary breakfast timely. Some of the staff did not behave properly. Many more things are there to share but i think whatever i wrote is enough. I will not recommend the same hotel to any of my friends. Thank you

Room service is very worst. No cleaning. Bed sheets are not changed & towel is not provided initially. Drinking water supply is not found.

Hotel looks good from outside but is old once u step in, no proper maintenance. Room is not upto the mark. Bedsheets looks like not changed. Even found cockroaches in bathroom.

The hotel location is exactly near the panjim main area in front of the catholic church. You can easily access cassino at night. Hotel rooms are available in affordable price.

Breakfast is available but only two atoms one is poha and other bread omlet. Also not given tooth brash and paste. Also towel was used given for bath.
