Pay extra for room 404 on the top floor with its great balcony for people watching and also the strobe lighting of the casino river boats at night. Pros- great location for walking around Panaji. Lovely airy room, comfy bed, great Wi-Fi and a/c. Bottled water everyday. Ask for toilet paper as not always replenished. Cons- noisy sometimes at night as sewage road works going on in the city and at night. Room/bathroom could do with a deep clean but we got by because of the plus points. Breakfast in the cafe close by was good but the cafe was a tat grubby, Some of the staff need some training on service with a smile or at least acknowledgement of people. Overall, would stay here again as we loved room 404

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
