Metropolis Business Hotel

One of the best properties in terms of availability, affordability, and value for money. Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, or groups of friends. The property owner, Mr. Asrar, is incredibly humble, soft-spoken, and always ready to assist with helpful guidance. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the property is well-maintained. Rooms are spotless and comfortable—I stayed in the Emerald suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The staff are very accommodating and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, with several great restaurants nearby, including an excellent snack shop. If I return to Goa, this property will undoubtedly be my first choice! Totally worth it!

Room is specious. Hotel is in good location and as per price hotel is good. Beach is near to 2km and casino is 2. 5 km.

1. the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. the lift is only up to the 2nd floor. 2. service is unprofessional and unorganised. 3. ⁠even the toiletries are not provided properly. 4. ⁠issue with the ac functions. 5. ⁠not worth compared to costs.

Property was new and nice but location wise didn’t like it as there was no parking space. One *** came and spoke rudely to us while driving our way out from the property who told you to park here ?

Very congested. Didnt get secure vibe during our stay. When we were outside and came back, there was smoky smell in the room.
