Beware – Scam Experience as a Solo Female Traveler I stayed at Aspawa Hotel in Pamukkale and while the place itself is clean and the older couple (mother and father) running it are genuinely kind and warm, my experience overall was deeply disappointing and frustrating – especially as a solo female traveler. The issue started with their son Osman, who handled my shuttle booking. He knew I was traveling alone and told me he had already paid for my shuttle in advance during the reservation process. He then insisted that I pay 800 lira in cash to him directly. I clearly told him I was low on cash and preferred to pay the shuttle driver myself, but he pressured me to pay him, claiming it was already settled. When I got into the shuttle, the driver came with a card machine, asking for the actual payment – which turned out to be only 425 lira. It was then I realized Osman had lied to me and scammed me for almost double the amount. The driver was honest and transparent, and it was clear Osman had never paid anything on my behalf. What made it worse was the way Osman treated me , he was dismissive and showed zero respect which felt even more unsettling given I was traveling alone. It’s already challenging being a solo female traveler and having to deal with this kind of behavior makes it even more difficult. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been a peaceful and pleasant stay. Female travelers especially, please be cautious. Trust your instincts and don’t hand over cash unless you’re 100% sure of the arrangements. I wish I had followed mine earlier.

The hotel is very clean and provides everything. They give out free coffee and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay there. The location is prefect as well as it's near all the attractions. The couple there Hussain and Amina was very lovely and welcoming. Also the receptionist which is the son, Osman he made sure we settled in smoothly and let us know the attractions around. The rooms are also spacious and they have a pool at the front. Definitely will recommend for families and friends.

Nice hotel ,15 minutes drive from SAW airport,decent rooms with lift, shops and food options easily available. Budget friendly

The price is very worth and cheap for what we got as a room, the room is very clean, the owner is very helpful and very kind, location were great which everything were a walk distance. If i comeback to pamukkale i will stay in this clean place again

The hard working family who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable the restaurant serves up very good food I throughly enjoyed my stay 👍

Wonderful! Super helpful and generous hospitality - free coffee and tea, free service to top of pamukkale. Breakfast was served quickly, and host was really helpful with other travel advice.  Bus from dimazli stops right outside the accom so don’t bother with taxi!  Loved it. Maybe ask for extra blanket as can get colder in winter :)) thank you for having us

Quite good enough for solo traveler

The place is located at a very convenient location, enough parking is available. They didn't have rooms for us when we arrived, but the owner's son was prompt enough to accommodate us in a nearby hotel with absolutely zero hassle. We ended up staying in a place which was better than what I had paid for, so that's a definite plus. The breakfast was also great, and the uncle who served us was just too nice of a human. Loved the stay. You can view the balloons flying from the terrace restaurant, and the hotel is pretty close to the Cotton Castle

Обычный отель на одну ночь, но дорого для такого уровня. Удобное расположение, номера старенькие, в номере холодно, персонал не очень дружелюбный. Благодарю, что заселили на пару часов раньше, чем по регламенту.

非常好的住宿體驗。Osman先生很友好，免費載我們到棉堡的南門入口，房間很舒適，並且飯店全天提供茶和咖啡，服務周到。

La ubicación estaba muy bien. Nos dieron un lugar diferente al reservado, pagamos un poco mas pero era solo para nosotras pero no salia agua caliente en la ducha y no habia calefacción. Pasamos frio

Останавливались на 1 ночь в ноябре, отель расположен в 5-7 минутах от травертинов, утром видно, как взлетают воздушные шары. Хозяин общительный, приветливый. Машину удалось припарковать в отеле под навесом, но не уверена, что в сезон, когда много постояльцев, всем там будет место.Чай, кофе можно брать бесплатно на общей кухне. Номер чистый, обстановка простая, переночевать и всё, как, в принципе, основная масса путешественников в тех местах и делает. В ноябре было холодно, в принципе, кондиционер с тёплым воздухом решил эту проблему, но в туалет с душем ходить холодно, т.к. там нет отопления. Постояльцев в этот период мало, поэтому воду пришлось долго сливать, чтобы пошла тёплая, сначала решила, что вообще горячей воды у них нет и умылась холодной, а утром уже, после экспериментов, выяснила, что если минут 5-7 сливать, то идёт тёплая. В целом отель устроил.

Hotel familiar agradable con piscina y con té gratis todo el día. El dueño muy atento, nos dió consejos útiles y nos llevó en coche hasta la entrada sur de Hierapolis. Está al lado de la carretera y es ruidoso, pero compensa con las camas tan cómodas.
