Hotel Albret

Good business hotel.

El personal excepcional. Un abrazo a Gorka, con un gran sentido del humor y un tacto digno de mención. El punto negativo para la web trip, en la que solicitábamos habitación para dos adultos y un niño, y sobre esa búsqueda recibimos resultados. Pero no fue así, ya que si queríamos cama para el niño ( de 11 años, datos introducido en la búsqueda ) lo teníamos que pagar a parte...entonces, la oferta ya no es tan guay como la pintaron... Léanse bien la letra pequeña o se sentirán engañados..

We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Albret is a bit outside of the old town, but this is rather a blessing, as over-tourism is not felt there. The walk to down-town is pleasant, and easy half-hour. While the rooms are rather standard for this category, buffet breakfast is spectacular, includes local items and very well prepared food. Unfortunately, breakfast is served in the basement of the building, thus not very inviting.

If you have business to do in this part of Pamplona, Albret is a good choice. Rooms are equiped with standard features, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. But the best feature is the breakfast buffet with variations of bread and local food. This is highly recommended - although served in the basement, with no windows. So focus on the food!

Room was nice and I liked the fact that the shower/tub controls were at the end of the tub opposite the showerhead. AC worked fine. Not much of a view. Rooms were clean, so no major complaint. I had no hot water one night nor the following morning. I made due as I had a lot of things to do. When I was checking out the nice clerk asked about my stay and I said it was very nice, except I didn't have hot water last night nor this morning. An officious woman came over and corrected me saying that there was hot water that morning. Clearly I had struck a nerve, but I wasn't complaining, just answering a question. Frankly, I know what water is hot and what isn't, and after running for 15 minutes this water wasn't even tepid. Since there was no one at the reception desk, I don't know why this woman felt the need to try to correct me, even tho I had been in the room and she had not.

He pasado unos días alojado en este hotel y puedo decir que ha sido una experiencia altamente satisfactoria. El personal es muy amable y atento, el servicio de habitaciones impecable, las camas excelentes, el baño..., todo a la altura de un cuatro estrellas. El desayuno es abundante y variado tanto en fruta fresca como en dulce y salado. Dispone de una cafetería con un muy amplio horario atendido también por un personal muy servicial. Una experiencia impecable. Es cierto que está ubicado algo alejado del centro pero, aparte de que esto tiene sus ventajas, el excelente servicio de autobuses urbanos de Pamplona suple este detalle. Hay varias paradas muy cerca.

Hacía varios años desde la última vez que estuve alojado, pero las cosas buenas perduran en el tiempo. La habitación amplia y cómoda te permite estar a gusto y dormir cómodamente. Tanto el personal de recepción como el de cafetería muy amables y atentos. Un buen hotel en el que para cuando vayas a Pamplona.

El hotel está genial. Muy cerca de los hospitales. En la recepción y en el bar-restaurante, muy amables. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno muy variado y completo. Tiene parking por 12€ el día. En general, muy bien.
