Una cama súper cómoda que es muy importante para el descanso. Personal súper, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Hay un restaurante y puedes tomar un tentempié o algo más elaborado. En resumen todo ha estado muy bien.

El hotel inmejorable de 10. Habitaciones muy bonitas amplias y cómodas. Servicio perfecto. El mejor hotel de Pamplona

El personal muy agradable y las instalaciones muy limpias.

There are a number of reasons why I would not stay with this hotel again. 1. One of our bags was stolen from hotel. I blame the hotel for being careless, but the real blame is with Accor, the hotel owners for not having a strict policy re storage of guests luggage. We checked out of the hotel & asked if they could mind our bags. I left the bags with the staff member at the reception desk (where they stayed). I assumed they would put the them away from public traffic, or at best in a locked room. We went to the running of the bulls, when we returned one bag was gone. After several hours hotel received CCTV footage which confirmed our bag was stolen. Apparently, 2 males entered the hotel, tried to go upstairs, but couldn't without a room key & then as they were leaving, casually helped himself to my bag. We travel a lot and have never had this happen before. We travel light, so half our clothes, all travel documents, car keys & house keys, gone. Worst of all our prescription medication was gone. everything they took was useless to the thieves, you would think that even these individuals would understand the inconvenience & trauma they cause & leave the bags somewhere where they could be found, once they take what they want. I must say, the hotel manager Gabriel, was brilliant, we did look for the bag and he did personally take us to the doctor & 2 pharmacies to replace our medication. He also organised a police report. We also missed our bus to our next destination & he one of his staff drive us there. Thank you Gabriel & staff & I am sorry my review could not be better. Its a pitty, The hotel itself was quite good, clean & comfortable. The down side for us was that the hotel is located in Noain, a half hour bus ride to the centre of Pamplona, which was a real inconvenience. It did not offer complimentary breakfast, which all Ibis Styles hotels I have previously stayed at do (they did have a nice coffee Shop next door which offered reasonably priced breakfast & lunch, food there was quite good, they also had a restaurant on site). If not for the issue with the bags, this would have been a reasonable stay.

Nice hotel when travelling, probably too far from Pamplona centre to walk, but you can get the bus or taxi. Convenient for the ring road and easy access. Underground car park, but plenty of free parking in the surrounding roads. Very nice breakfast, chargeable, as with all Styles hotels in pain, unlike France, but you do have the choice. Excellent attached cafe/restaurant with good menu. Will stay again, in fact already booked.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Well sign posted apart from the small underground car park. Very nice food on the Menu del dia large portions and tasty. Dog's welcome. Drinks are good value. Would return and recommend

The beds were hard, the breakfast was very limited and there was a loud bar/outside area in front of the hotel which wasn't good if you wanted to get sleep. Outside the city centre so you need to take a taxi or uber to get into see the sites.

el hotel ibis styles Noáin Pamplona está muy bien, es acogedor asi como también estiloso, dispone de un espacioso restaurante / salón de comida; el hotel tiene buena comunicación para llegar a este con la línea L16 de bus desde Pamplona y viceversa
