Absolutely disappointed, no staff and restaurant closed on Mondays! After a very long wet day on the Camino we couldn’t get a cup of tea as no kettle or hot water! Very noisy and not the cleanest. Breakfast was lovely but didn’t start until 9am so quite late if you’re walking the Camino!

Incredibly noicy location on the big party street combined with no aircondition made sure we didn't close an eye all night. The staff was the rudest we met on our trip through Spain, and we mostly felt like an inconvenience to them. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived well after check-in time. It was clean, but tiny and because Otano also houses a restaurant, the entire hall smelled of food - they dont serve breakfast though, and will get very offended if you're stupid enough to ask. I would'nt recommend to anyone!!
