Fantastic and unique location, worth spending at least one night. Rooms are small but clean and very comfortable; very friendly staff too.
Dinner was rather disappointing

We had a wonderful stay here! The tented camp was really spacious and isolated from other campsites. We loved the location and ideal to watch a nice sunset. Swimming pool is small but perfect for refreshment! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

the view from the rooms is amazing and the sundowner tour was special with an amazing spot to see the sun going down. But the restaurant and the chef need to be worked on, the quality of the food was just not good at all dcuring our stay

Stunning location and comfortable chalets. Disappointed with the Desert Elephant tracking. Lots of signs of elephants but didn't actually see any. That's wildlife but what was disappointing was the scarcity of any other wildlife. We spent a total of 10 hours looking (mostly because we couldn't find our tracker) and only saw 2 giraffe and a few Steenboks. This is primarily a farming area with lots of sheep, cattle and horses so I would stay and enjoy the lodge and keep the wildlife viewing for Etosha.

The property has rooms in small Bungalows which are all along the Canyon with spectacular views. Walking options are very limited. We would have liked more vegetarien options for dinner.

No value for money. A basic accommodation with a very nice view. If you plan a trip to Nambia you can skip this lodge. One of the excursions is the Rhino Tracking, terrible experience with a boring day to see one Rhino from a distance.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. The view from the terrace and pool are astonishing to say the least. We had no complaints about our lodging, yes it’s rustic but look where you are! The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower worked fine and you can sit on your balcony and just step away from the troubles in the world and take it all in, priceless. If fancy trappings and luxury is what you want, then stay away - please. Our evening meal, which was a set menu was excellent as was the breakfast the next day. How they get the fresh supplies is a mystery? The staff were all brilliant and even sang to us after dinner, very special. This lodge is up a very steep unpaved road, you will not make it without 4WD but there is a lodge at the bottom with parking who will presumably transport you if needed. We stayed all over Namibia for two weeks and whilst there were many special places, this one is the first that comes to mind when I think of this trip.
