If you are looking for a unique and special hotel in Palma, Riad Palma is definitly one of them. Very kind people, excellent service, nice room and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are very quiet and we even had a rooftop terrace overlooking the old city of Palma.

We loved this hotel! It’s every bit as special as it looks on the website and the service was immaculate from start to finish. The team on the front desk in particular couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms and general interior design are incredible - especially the bathrooms. Cocktails in the bar were delicious and the breakfast spread is excellent too. Located on a pretty cobbled street just off the main shopping area so dead central but still quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere really fabulous to stay for a treat in Palma!

Every bit of our stay was delightful! The location is amazing for exploring beautiful streets of Palma The rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast is absolutely delicious, staff is very friendly and helpful - provided us with ongoing assistance and top recommendations around Palma.

The moment we arrived at the Riad, we were greeting warmly by the host. The property is beautiful and quite unique.The breakfast spread is also quite good. I highly recommend this property whether you typically stay at a hotel or a unique property like this. This property has a sister hotel with a rooftop that you can go to and it’s a great view of the city. There is a very nice cocktail bar that we enjoyed and the bartender was very friendly. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

We recently stayed at the Palma Riad Hotel, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the heart of Palma’s old town, this hotel is an absolute jewel—the perfect blend of style, comfort, and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We were delighted to be kindly upgraded to a larger suite, which was beautifully designed—spacious, luxurious, and full of character. The hotel’s ambiance is dark, sexy, and utterly unique—from the dramatic lighting to the rich textures and exotic décor, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a truly immersive experience. The bar is beautiful, with an inviting, moody atmosphere perfect for an evening drink. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying breakfast in the stunning courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery and elegant design, it felt like a secret oasis. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a delicious selection of pastries and cooked options to suit every taste. This is a must-stay in Palma—a boutique hotel that offers not just accommodation, but an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful stay at the Palma Riad. Could not have asked for anything else. The service and the hospitality was flawless. Top experience: Super comfy bed, delicious breakfast, the breakfast area was so beautiful, the location of the hotel in the city, quiet hotel room, scented products that made the room and bath smell lovely. We will for sure come back again!

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The attention to detail and overall customer service was exceptional. The staff at Palma Riad goes above and beyond to create a personalized, and joyous experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it is now the only place we will stay when visiting Palma.

Palma Riad is a beautiful stylish hotel. Our private suite was on the third floor all by itself. The room was incredible and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the mirror was unique. The breakfast was well done. The hotel is central to all the shopping too. We walked to many boutique stores and cafes. Also the staff is the best part of the Palma Riad. Each member goes out of their way to take care of anything you need.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in the Hammam suite. The room was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we could have hoped for. Even better was the service provided by every staff member. From the front desk staff to every housekeeper, the employees were extraordinary. We never lacked for anything and they made sure to assist with any request we had, no matter how small. I think their helpful and pleasant attitudes are what we might remember most. The breakfast included with our stay was amazing every day.
