Hotel Mirador anmeldelser

Beware this hotel is on the marina which makes for nice views but the have building works all along the seafront which makes for alot of early morning and through the day noise. Not the hotels fault but no warning is advised before arrival. Our first room was a tiny front corner room. After a complaint we were moved further up the hotel but still front facing so not much better. The room its self was nice and big with a substantial balcony, but due to the noise not really usable. Housekeeping where friendly enough but not very thorough. We stayed for 9 nights but still didnt get a bed change. Windows , underbeds etc weren't ever cleaned. Room was a little tired but ok, bed mattresses were passed there best and the toilet constantly ran. Facilities were all there, but pool was closed, terrace bar was closed, restaurant only opened for breakfast, and saloon bar only opened in afternoon. All in all very disappointing.

My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a "Family" room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

En general es bueno,pero creo que no repetiría en ese hotel.
