Ars Magna Bleisure Hotel

A lovely hotel that is in a perfect location to fully enjoy Palma, with low travel costs and so much to do within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and pristine. The highlight was the warm and friendly staff. Juliana and Carla went above and beyond to help guide us during our stay and recommend some of the best local places to eat and sites to visit, anything we needed, they were happy to help. Anna and the kitchen staff were amazing and the breakfast was incredible. The service and hospitality from staff was 10/10. Everyone was so nice and welcoming that I had to make an account to leave a review for the first time. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing experience that has been added to my yearly visits. The hotel rooms that we occupied were spotless and high quality. The hotel was situated in an area that was close to everything from restaurants to grocery stalls. Not to mention the 10/10 hospitality from the service. Juliana and Carla were phenomenal in their service and friendliness to me and my family, ensuring that we felt welcomed and were not shy of things to do during our time there. Will most definitely be seeing us again.

We stayed one night in this small but lovely hotel. It is in a perfect location in Palma city centre and taxi to/from the airport was just under 25€ each way. We had breakfast which was part continental buffet with choice of additional ordering of hot food. It was very nice and I would recommend. Staff are all very friendly and the room was comfortable with water, tea and coffee provided in the room complimentary. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is partly open planned. We were about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and palace.

We booked two twin rooms as a group of friends. We were greeted by Alexandra who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us on a map where the good places to eat were and visit. The location was great and it was extremely easy to get about on foot and also to grab a taxi and visit other areas. The pool area was really good and chilled, nice touch that they provide beach towels in your room. The room and beds were really comfortable and the shower gel/shampoo etc were great, air con worked well. We always went out for breakfast but we could have eaten in the adjoining cafe. The only negative and the reason I would not give this five stars is that you have to get your one bottle of water (per room not per person) filled up by reception. This is really strange in a four star hotel normally you are provided with fresh bottles of water every day in a hotel of this standard and I feel it lets them down. I also wish they provided proper milk for a tea and also decent coffee as it was tiny and quite bitter. However the above are small things and I would stay here again,

Excellent hotel. Boutique, lovely decor, nice and small. Location is ideal. Just out of old town, but extremely walkable right down to the Cathedral. Minutes walk from Placa de Espanya, which is a real transport hub, housing the main bus and train station, also the heritage railway to Soller. The street outside is pedestrianised, and lined with bars, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Reception staff, Petra, and Alexandra are extremely welcoming and helpful. Pool and outside areas closed till next month. Checked them out and look amazing. Breakfast was good. Room size was good, well appointed, bathroom set up is great, great hanging space. Happily recommend to anyone.

Amazingly priced hotel in a good location. Me and my partner have stayed in Palma a couple of times and this has to be one of the best 4 star boutique hotels! In a quieter part of Palma too. The rooms are cleaned really well and quite spacious with a small balcony. Roof top pool area got lots of sun! Loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!
