We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. Nice note, perfectly situated. Easy to get to from the airport. 24hr reception desk with super simple check in and check out. Only constructive feedback I’d give is that the hotel could do with a general refresh / TLC. But overall a great stay.

Great location, right next to the main transport station where you can catch trains and buses to places. Walkable distance to the port, cathedral and many restaurant options nearby.

Sauberes Hotel, sehr gute Lage, da sehr zentral in Palma und gut zu erreichen! Zimmerausstattung nicht ganz wie angegeben (Zahnpasta, Kamm zb nicht mit dabei). Würde es weiterempfehlen.

Nunca he estado en una madriguera como ese hotel, lo único decente es la entrada, todo lo demás ni en las peores pesadillas podrías imaginarlo, una moqueta asquerosa con olor a sucio y a demasiado utilizado, pasillos claustrofobicos con luces intermitentes. La habitación un desastre, la alfombra sigue dentro de la estancia y está igual de horrenda que fuera, los enchufes no funcionan bien, el retrete no se mantiene, la ducha pierde agua, el secador no va, no te dijan ni una misera crema, un peine o algo, tanta estrella que tiene, y no parece que existan. La primera noche en la cama medieval que se cae en los huecos de los primeros seres que durmieron ahí se hizo casi imposible no caerse en los pozos del abismo que te absorbían, las sábanas picosas, una noche realmente mala y las siguiente no eran mejores. No me fui de ahí, ya que no te devuelven nada, y no le podía permitir otro lugar, pero realmente recomiendo este lugar a todos aquellos que odies. Ya que sólo lo vas a pasar mal. No quiero hablar del desayuno que venía incluido, por qué no vale la pena.
