Amazing beautifully remodeled home just steps from the coveted El Paseo shopping/dining district. Home boasts an indoor bar-pool table/game room. Flat screen TV's throughout the house. 3rd bedroom is an attached self contained casita with own entrance/exit. Very tastefully appointed with custom furniture. Beautiful Pebble Tech-Salt water Pool/Jacuzzi **pool heating fee is $50 per night and can be decided upon check in** with full outdoor kitchen. Plus wonderful relaxing views of the mountains. French doors throughout make this home a one of a kind. Close to hiking/tennis/golfing/all imaginable amenities! About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pool has no gate,children must be supervised.About customRules:Due to Palm Deserts new rules the owner resides on site. Side of home behind gates, not in the main house. Loved the heated saltwater pool!
This was a great house for a family vacation with 6 adults since everyone gets an en suite bathroom and a King bed! The backyard is super private, we used the pool and jacuzzi every day. Love the saltwater vs chlorine. Perfect location (5 min walk from El Paseo shops). Communication with Dean was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Note that there are no desks or specific working areas set up. I worked at the kitchen table along with my dad, my husband at a barstool and my sisters boyfriend brought a folding table and chair. More idealif it's NOT a working vacation but we made it work. Thanks for a great stay!

Desert getaway with very attentive host
Well appointed vacation home in great location close to El Paseo. Comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and pantry, plenty of towels and even a washer and dryer if you need it. Lots of TV's and a pool table for entertainment. Pool time was fun with umbrellas for shade and misters for cooling you off in the hot sun.
We had one minor glitch but the owner responded very quickly with a fix and that is the mark of a great host.

Perfect home base
The house was a wonderful home base for our family for our daughter’s Palm Desert wedding. Lot’s of space for everyone, very well appointed and wonderful indoor/outdoor living. Dean is a very responsive host and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would happily stay again.

Great location
Nice roomie house. Beautiful pool area and hot tub. Perfect weather for us except for one very windy day! Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time, beautiful home
Property was well appointed, spacious, sparkling clean, and beautiful furnishings inside and out. Gorgeous pool, spa and complete outdoor kitchen. Lots of places to sit and relax. Wouldn’t change a thing. Can’t wait to go back.

Power Trip
We went to Dean's place for the Power Trip weekend. It couldn't have been a better Oasis in 40 degree weather and late nights at the Polo Grounds.
Spotless, beautiful, walk to El Paseo and the best part is Dean. We were an adult group but I can envision him being the perfect host for any type of party. I would bring my young children next time for sure.

Great stay in Palm Desert
House has everything you could ask for, great amenities and is in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, clean house and music throughout was awesome. Dean was super communicative. Allowed us to check in early which was great (albeit a bit of a lengthy checkin process). He is on the property which didn’t bother us but just as a heads up for others
