Salty Dockside is a 3 bedroom freshly remodeled home with a air conditioned sunroom with sunset vistas. Salt water canal is frequently visited by dolphin,snapper, some species of grouper as well as many other kinds of aquatic life. If you are gonna swim in the saltwater canal do so with care and water shoes there’s lots of oysters. The ladder is located by the boat lift.. please lower and raise the ladder after use. The back patio has a Weber grill ready for use ( cannot guarantee there will be fuel) . Enjoy meals on the deck at the outside table that seats 6. There is 2 sun loungers on the dock ready for you to soak up the sun.
