There are separate entrances to the upstairs and downstairs units, but the entire place is yours. The living quarters include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, bonus room with an extra bunk bed, kitchenette/living room/dining room combo, patio, and balcony. The main floor accommodations include the master bedroom with king bed. Sliding wood louvres partition the master BR with king bed from the bonus room with twin over full bunk. The main floor bathroom with stand-up shower has entrances via the master bedroom or common area. The large kitchenette has a four burner stove, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals as well as eating and serving utensils. A charcoal grill with complimentary charcoal are located on the outside deck. The upstairs unit is accessed by a staircase just outside the first floor unit. Two bedrooms are connected by a common area full bathroom with stand-up shower, but each bedroom has a separate outside entrance. The second story also boasts a spacious sky deck (balcony) overlooking the Loxahatchee River. Enjoy time outdoors on this 1 acre property directly on the Loxahatchee River. Paved deck has a picnic table for enjoying family meals or playing games. Charcoal grill includes complimentary charcoal for outdoor cooking, or make a meal over an open fire at the fire pit! Bring your own kindling or purchase a bundle onsite for $10/bundle. Sit by the river and toss in a fishing line or just relax and take in nature at its finest.
