The Property has perfect Location, but everything other is really poor. Small and old Rooms. On Top of that, in that Time (9th-15th Sep.) in the Hotel was an annual Week Meeting of some serbian Tradeunions. The serbian Group have terrorized the other Hotels Guests and all the Beach arround with incredible Noise and Screams allmost all the Day, making our Holydays to Desaster.

Great place to stay! First, close to the sea - literary situated on the sand beach. Rooms are quite good with quite large balconies opened to the sea from the sea side exposed towards the sea and on the opposite side in the quite courtyard area. There is enough space in the room designed as typical junior rooms fulfilling its function for a vacation. The best part of the hotel besides its position next to the Chaniotis green park area is its service and politeness of the stuff! The hotel kitchen is great, rich and the food is fresh, well prepared so one can choose different menu each day. So suitable for people with small children... Well, if you're looking for some exquisite or luxury place, this hotel is not the place for you but, if you're looking for some great place next to the sea, hospitality, clean and neat space with great food and polite stuff with beat old fashioned entrance hall, cosy rooms - you are on the right spot!

Everything is paid extra. Disgusting rooms, everything is old and outdated. Everything is dirty. They close the pool at 6, they charge parking 15€ per day, they charge beach beds 15€,.They will turn off your AC to save electricity, they think customers are stupid. Please do not visit.

Yes , a lot of negative critics are true. Rooms are basic, (our was small), renovation would be useful. Also, some evening program or club for children will make this hotel better. Food is not special and variant but its OK. The water at the see is the most beautiful, clear, clean, worm and beautifully turquoise. Hotel is on the beach, it has lovely bar near the small but nice swimming pool, drink and ice cream prizes are quite affordable. Right beside the corner there are lot of taverns and souvenir shops, working through the night. The best thing about this hotel is Stuff. Charming young Stavros and charismatic temperament Eva at the bar, and Costas, handsome receptionist with a big heart, made our holiday memorable! So, if you are looking for some luxury or special food, you won't find it here, but if its about people and beautiful see, you are on the right place.

The welcome to the hotel was negative suprise, we were told (we arived two families with two cars on time fo check inn) by the reception lady, that we have 5 minutes to enter in the parking lot and unload our luggage and then go find our parking somewhere in the town, and this was only after we reacted to the first info that we are not alowed even to enter to unload the luggage. So after this russhed unwelcoming check inn, I asked the reception lady to let me know when there will be free parking space so i can bring my car and pay for it 15eu perd day, but i was never informed. Another unpleasent thing is that the room smelled bad bcs of the sewage system, especialy at nights, and you cant open the balcony door for fresh air bcs no mosqito net, we reacted on the smell issue several times to the reception, but the issue remained untill the last day :( This was especialy unpleasent issue, when you need to bread the bad sewage smell in your summer vacation room. The food and the beach are satisfactory, just be aware that you need to pay 12eu per day for set of sunbads and umbrela at the hotel beach. Bcs of the above mentioned issues i would be extra carefull when deciding to choosse this hotel or not!!!

Для тех кто хочет тишины, он не подойдет! Отель состоит из двух отдельных корпусов, между этими корпусами общий двор который вымощен камнем и каждое утро начиная с часов 6 начинается активное движение больших контейнеров на металлических колесиках с одного корпуса в другой, в одном корпусе находится кухня, а во втором корпусе подсобное помещение, наверное хранят еду, еще в часов 7 гремят мусорными баками которые находятся также здесь, в некоторых номерах есть смежная дверь между комнатами, так- что будьте готовы к ощущению, что вы живете в номере не одни. Половина номеров из обоих зданий выходят в этот двор, а в остальном все хорошо, персонал хороший.
