One word for this hotel is CATFISH, 1. From when you arrive you run into a problem that you shouldn’t for hotels that are considered good, The Hotel has no parking and there is nowhere to park the cars except from in the street. Then you have to pay extra for beach towel even though you already paid enough if you took the all inclusive offer. 2. The rooms are mediocre at best, old furniture, when they clean it they dont even put new towels, most of the rooms have a weird smell since we took 6 rooms and they all had the same problems. 3.The food as an all inclusive resort is suppoesed to be good but no, the food is cold, and since you are near the sea you expect some seafood options that are at least edible which you would expect, one of the worst all inclusive resorts I have ever been to. 4. Being a fove star hotel you would expect they have a big beach and probably like a good beachbar but no the beach is very small and the sunbeds are very close to each other that you feel like you are in a tight space. You would also think as a five star hotel they are supposed to have a good pool but the pool is very small and only build for kids. 5. Last but not least is the staff, which most of the time is very slow and sometimes even rude.

We were here just a few days ago, good location, nice hotel, I don’t really think it meets the 5 stars, but… staff was pretty good too, especially Ross, U’ll definitely see him all around the place. Be cautious about the beach, it’s not so sandy, a bit rocky, there are several shops offering shoes for that though. Overall had good time :)

Very cozy and stylish, direct access to the beach, good food and very nice staff. We went for a short break with our friends. It’s a good ride from Thessaloniki, mostly highway. The hotel is much better in reality than on the photos. We liked the food as some of us follow diet and was able to find what was needed.

We were disappointed when we arrived, as my partner has health issues. There was no one to help in getting the luggage up the steps and no one by the reception. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for Anna to help us check in. We don't like to complain but sorry to say this but this is not a 5* hotel, more like a 3+ which needs some attention. PROS: - Special thanks to, Costas (restaurant), Mr Thank You (bar manager), Anna (reception),most of the staff behind the beach bar, sorry I don't remember all your names. I hope you know who I mean. Because of these people we were made to feel at home. - The water at the beach was really clear and felt like a warm bath - The village is very close by, you can walk it in about 10 mins depending how fast you walk, it's lovely, with lots of restaurants and shops. CONS: - No help with luggage - Alot of self serves - In September there seems to be a staff shortage - The food was mostly cold and not very greek - Cleaning could be better e.g. shower doors, etc and if something is not working properly then the clearners should pass this on to reception, e.g. our tap by the basin and toilet. Tap did get fixed in the end. Toilet was terrible we had to flush 4-5 times, many people seemed to have the same problem with their toilets. - Very stoney beach, need beach shoes - In september we had a lot of screaming babies and children, so if you are looking to relax, that might be a bit tough. - Most of the guests and personel are from Easten block countries, so it didn't feel very greek, which was a shame for English, Dutch and Germans as we feel a bit like outsiders. - No coffee or tea in the room - Greek evening is good but no greek food to make it feel complete Hope this helps if you are thinking of booking this hotel
