Buonaluna B&B

We paid for two nights to stay there from March 1 till March 3 2023. We arrived to Palermo after 17 hours flight and at 4pm was at the front door of the building of B&B Buonaluna. I buzzed in for 15 min but NOBODY was there! I could not believe! Then we had to wait outside 15 more minutes just hoping that some reception person would finally show up. It didn’t happen. Some neighbor from the building ( there are 4 more floors with regular apartments) let us in the building and we were at the front door of the B&B but NOBODY was in anyway. I took a video and a few pictures just to prove that I could not check in to submit to my CC for refund. Then we gave up and went to find another accommodation near by. Just around the corner on VIA ROMA 62 we found a cozy hotel and they check us in without any problems. Shame on B&B Buonaluna for doing business like this. Totally humiliating. Know about this and avoid the place, they don’t care about people. PS. Got my refund from the CC after filling dispute and long report with pictures.

Il posto è molto comodo, sia per la vicinanza dalla stazione centrale a cui arrivi anche se sei in aereo, sia per la vicinanza del centro, di ristoranti, bar, movida ma anche monumenti storici. La struttura, in un palazzo d'epoca, è ristrutturata bene e recentemente. Se proprio vogliamo dare un suggerimento, sarebbe comodo un piccolo frigo viste le temperature palermitane... Colazione al baretto dietro l'angolo, quindi non a buffet, invece in struttura c'è una bella cucina utilizzabile con le proprie cose. Se partite di sera, Giuseppe, il proprietario vi lascia tenere le valigie presso l'alloggio, cosa che è un bel plus!
