Wonderful boutique hotel well situated at the entrance to historic Palermo. Lovely rooms and a welcoming staff made our visit perfect.

This is a very nice, quiet little hotel. It is right outside the main area you want to be in Palermo and walking distance to it all! Dante is a wonderful inn keeper, and we enjoyed his conversation and suggestions much. The hotel manager on the other hand does not speak English very well and can come across a bit unfriendly. However, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Try one of Dante’s croissants!

We stayed at this B&B hotel for the first 2 nights of our 2 week vacation to Sicily early October. We arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport through the hotel. This worked out great. This is a really unique quaint hotel. It’s more like a B&B. Our room was ready early so we got to check right in. Their elevator was broke but Dante brought our 2 large suitcases up to our room. Several floors. We had a nice big balcony overlooking the gate to the old city. Really cool view. Our room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge, sink, and a small kitchenette type area. The bathroom was quite small. The shower was tiny. We’ve had this in hotels during other trips to Europe so we expected it. The breakfast was nice up on the outdoor patio with the same view our room had. Dante served great cappuccinos and the simple breakfast was enough for us. We don’t usually eat big breakfasts. The location of the hotel is close to all the old city historical sights you’d like to see but just outside the gate so you aren’t right in the thick of it. Plenty of restaurants and shops right there. Dante arranged a private driver for us when we checked out to head to Cefalu for our next 2 nights. I’d recommend this hotel but understand it doesn’t have 24 hour desk person. You lock the door and unlock the door of the building yourself. But it’s a comfortable stay.

Interesting Hotel Arrived around 5.30 to 6 PM Can’t get into this place Rang the bell A man came out after 5 minutes Took us to the car park BUT HE left the front door open. Hmm When we tried to get back into the hotel The Front door was shut…aka locked out HE blamed me! Hello why would I shut the door stuck in heat? Maybe he needs to always take keys outside at all times, Lift was only for one person. This is a 3 star hotel Breakfast very simple

We stayed here for a few nights prior to joining a tour of Sicily. Loradana kept track of us and made sure we were on the correct train from the airport. We had a little trouble finding it on foot, but the location was perfect as it was quieter but still centrally located. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Dante and the rooftop terrace for breakfast were a true gem! Buffets included plenty of options from fresh fruit to eggs and breakfast pastries. Dante kept the cappuccinos coming! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to downtown Palermo.

Extremely comfortable and well located just ouside the UNESCO Arab-Norman Palermo. Our room on top floor had a large terrace overlooking the Porta Nuova, so we didn't even have to leave the hotel to soak in the charm of the city. The Palazzo Reale and Palaltine Chapel (fantasic) are only 200 yards away. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast excellent. Service was excellent (thanks Rodante!) I'd avise against bringing a car. Although the hotel arranged parking for a modest fee, navigating to the hotel was a nightmare, so we just left the car parked and took a bus to Monreale.
