不太行，不值……

Even we paid the double in fees and taxes we had to paid and extra cash in tourist taxes

I am a travel agent and I booked my client and her granddaughter a weeks stay. When they get there it is nothing like the pictures or the description. It is a room in a lady's apartment, it was dirty and she felt that it was not what she had agreed to with the pictures and how they described it. When she saw the place she left immediately. We have been trying to contact them for a refund and have not been helpful at all. Needless to say I will not be sending anyone back there.

Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double!

Es una estafa, no coincide lo que contratas con lo que te ofrecen cuando llegas allí. Las fotos que publican no se corresponde con la realidad. La dirección tampoco es la que te mandan en un primer momento. Malísima experiencia!! Laura nos dijo que nos había hecho una mejora….. apartamento sucio y en barrio pésimo!!!

la colazione é composta da merendine confezionate , la macchina del caffè' 2 yogurt · Abbiamo aspettato per trenta minuti i proprietari fuori la struttura per la chiave ed una volta arrivati , senza nemmeno scendere dalla loro auto , ci hanno detto di seguirli A duecento metri dalla struttura che avevamo prenotato ( primo piano etc.) ci hanno aperto la porta di un ex garage direttamente sulla strada con macchine che passavano in continuazione difronte ai cassonetti per la spazzatura Quando gli ho detto che quella non era la struttura che abbiamo prenotato , loro ci hanno risposto che avevano avuto problemi con una turista con le chiavi d'ingresso e quindi dovevamo stare la . Alle sei ( nostro orario d'arrivo )di sera abbiamo cercato un'altra sistemazione senza successo Non abbiamo dormito per due giorni eravamo praticamente sulla strada con le voci di persone che camminavano propio fuori la porta , due letti singoli , con una televisione che funzionava solo se hai un account Netflix Non é giusto , non é la struttura che abbiamo prenotato e che abbiamo visto sulle foto e letto le recensioni

Esta bien ubicada pero no es del todo limpia…. La persona que nos recibió fue muy comunicativa pero en relación calidad precio por lo que pagamos, le falta mucho aún
