Fantastic breakfast buffet. Clean room. Friendly reception. Spacious, clean room.

My room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room. The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing. The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away. The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day. Overall, I would not stay here again.

A fine Place near Palermo city

Good overall Just not in a great area

Place is pretty hard to get at night, only with a taxi but it's won't be less then 20eur. When it comes to rooms, everything is very old and rotten, not a perfect place to be.

Conoscevo già la struttura,per questo motivo l'ho scelto.Camere pulite,personale cortese,colazione a buffet abbondante.Ho fatto una cena,con un menù a scelta,con prezzi validi.

Personale cortesissimo. Parcheggio auto a disposizione, in quella zona è un servizio eccellente. Lasciava un pò a desiderare la pulizia, qualche ragnatela di troppo.

Ottimo hotel situato in un punto strategico ben servito da linee urbane.

Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel et notre chambre qui était tout à fait propre et confortable pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Nous conseillons le restaurant qui était très bon. Cependant l’emplacement n’est vraiment pas adéquate pour profiter pleinement de Palerme. En effet l’hôtel est éloigné du centre et du centre historique et ça reste très compliqué d’y accéder par les transports : le tram est éloigné de l’hôtel et le bus qui est pourtant situé à côté de l’hôtel n’est absolument pas ponctuel, nous avons attendu parfois presque 1h pour en avoir un.

Ottima impressione, gran bel paesaggio, ottima location e ottimo parcheggio ( anche gratuito). Bravi. Ci ritornerò.
