Park Hotel Cala di Lepre & Spa

The hotel exceeded all our expectations and all the reviews we read. It was better than some of the 5* hotels I stayed in this summer. Another star for this hotel can be reserved for the perfect staff. Sara, the girl who greeted us upon arrival at the reception, was like a promise that the holiday would be perfect. She was cheerful, helpful and very patient with our childish Italian. All the staff we met were nice and tried to make our stay exceptional. Our room was exceptionally perfect, with sea view, terrace and patio, living room and bedroom and a perfect bathroom. The room is cleaned daily. And after thinking that it would be good to drink coffee, the next day we found a teapot with a set of coffee and tea. How do they do it?! The hotel environment is large and very green, like in a mysterious forest. It was good to take a walk before breakfast and after dinner. It is very quiet and peaceful here, birds sing in the morning near your room. Food. I want to go back for every breakfast and dinner. I wished I had two stomachs. If you are leaving before breakfast, you can have coffee and a light snack in the reception lobby. The card system was clear and simple. If even a little bit, you will reach Palau very easily. You will meet many cheerful and happy like-minded people like you, supply pedestrians and cyclists alike. Thank you Cala di Lepre, Sardinia is amazing, you have contributed a lot to our amazing memories!

Had a two night stay here while in Sardinia and doing activities in Palau, when we told when booking it was a wedding anniversary they kindly upgraded to a sea view room and left a bottle of wine and fruits with a special note in the room. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the buffet had a super choice with quality food not usually going in buffets. The staff were nice and friendly also.

We both had a wonderful week long break here. Beautiful setting with wonderful views from the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Reception staff. Room and bathroom were spacious and always immaculately clean. Choice of food at breakfast and dinner good but the only drawback was that hot plates did not work sufficiently to keep the hot food warm. Overall a lovely time and we would definitely return.

First and last impressions count for a lot and the staff at Reception have created a bad experience at what would otherwise have been a very desirable location. Their initial greeting was lack lustre and their attitude on departure deplorable. Having been unable to offer a late check-out (which we understood and have no issue with) they offered the use of a room in order to shower prior to being transferred to the air-port. The time was agreed with over 24 hours notice but when it came to it they did not deliver, using various delaying tactics until we had no other option but to use the public toilets. Had they said from the outset there would be no facilities available we could have made alternative arrangements. In the end their unhelpful approach to what should be an entry level industry standard practice left an unfortunate final impression that the reception staff at the Hotel Cala Di Lepre care little for the comfort of their clients or that their lasting reputation will be one of cavalier indifference. This is a shame because the rest of the hotel experience was quite positive. Food choice was excellent, pools and other facilities well maintained and the location idyllic. All other staff were friendly and had a positive attitude and the life-guards in particular were alert, attentive and helpful. The payment system of using a dedicated hotel payment card was a good idea as well; removing any concerns about payment security and was very efficient.

Incredible hotel in a wonderful setting with exceptional views and a stunning location. We spent a week here with the family and would go back in a heartbeat. Sitting in the restaurant at night and looking at the views, you really have to pinch yourself to make sure its real. Incredible surreal setting.

Helpful staff, great rooms quiet location. Great to relax in the sun. If you want to explore a car would be a great help, taxis can be expensive. Food was great. I would recommend. a trip around the islands, great to explore . Ask for a room with sea view… this is great .
