rooms are not clean, only one towel given, that too was bad. full of mosquitoes. they have to improve a lot.

Worst experience. No power from morning till evening. They did not even bother to arrange power supply

Good atmosphere for family, Staff's behavior is very helpful, Near to Temple cable car service 🚡 , Near veg hotel and tea shops available

No hot water available in rooms no lift available we booked 4 bedded rooms but initially they provided 3 bedded rooms and then when requested they provided 4 bedded which was on 2nd floor without lift requested coffee/tea waited about an hour but did not even get that. Blankets was provided only when requested plug points 1 working out of 3 tv not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and was deeply disappointed. The service was abysmal; the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout my stay. To make matters worse, i witnessed staff smoking inside the reception hall, which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant. The overall behavior of the staff was rude and dismissive, making the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nice room, good staff, very good place to stay, good to visit again and again if you go to palani temple to visit
